Ok, a thing. I agree that stealthing is an absolute dick move, and yes, it's a break of trust, and can even be akin to rape.

But in what world does it make logical sense that removing the condom without your partner's knowledge gives you a harsher sentence than murder or actual rape? Please make it make sense!

Also, what happens if the condom falls of and stays inside? It happened to me, it happened to my wife with one of her first relationship, it happened to my best friend. Can it be ground for a false accusation of stealthing?

Also, what happens if the woman finds a way to remove the condom herself? If it's lubed enough, it can easily be removed without the man noticing. (I mean, when it fell of in my case, neither I nor my partner noticed anything until we changed position and she saw it wasn't on me anymore. So if she were to have grabbed it on me in the penumbra of the room and just get it off, if done swiftly enough, I would probably not have noticed.)

Or is it another case of a law specifically targeting men?

In addition, perhaps there should be a life sentence for the far more common tactic, of lying taking birth control, in order to get pregnant from a man who consented to sex with birth control, but did not consent to sex without birth control. No, that would imply that women have some kind of accountability for the mir actions, and we all know only men can be accountable for their actions.

Crazy world. Sad this bill is being introduced when a much better bill can be written.

A bill where consent to sex is described as specific and explicit. Stealthing illegal. Surprise anal. Lying about not having an STD without protection. Stealing condom contents. Keeping a resulting pregnancy. All of these should illegal. The last one should not have a punishable offense but would make the biological father have the option to enter or terminate paternity.

Well Trump supports Pro life choices, and child support. Like I said these Republicans want all the babies born, so they won't consider the stealth maneuver murder , but a creation of life.
