I am seeking 50/50 parenting. Going through mediation now. How many vacation breaks is it reasonable for me to ask for? What is an acceptable consecutive number of vacation days generally allowed?

Also, would a judge honor my attorney’s request to not require me to pay child support if we land on 50/50 custody? I make $40K more than her each year. Or am I going to have to pay child support because I earn more, period?
