My STBX's helicopter parents bought the condo we rent from the landlord, and by law have to assume our lease through June. They of course want to evict me then so that they can have control. They lied and their daughter lied about the purchase of the condo--- they lie all the time. I had to ask my landlord if the condo got sold because inspectors and appraisers were coming, etc.

Yesterday, they asked for their rent payment for November-- already have last month's and security deposit-- but they never sent me a notice that they assumed the lease. It's all so funny. What are they going to do? Evict their daughter?
