Wife hired overpriced lawyer and is fighting 50/50. We’re in Massachusetts which grants 50/50 all the time, barring abuse. I’m a loving and calm father. She is a control freak who screams at the kids if she doesn’t get immediate compliance. She once tried to yank my son into a cold shower because he hadn’t had a bath in 3 days while she was away with them. So her parental neglect suddenly became his problem. I’ve told her she’s wasting her money and unless she wants to lie and allege abuse, the court will order 50/50.

She tried to push back a status hearing and I refused because it’s been almost a year. I’m driving as fast as I can to trial. This process is toxic and all divorce lawyers deserve bowel cancer.

Any advice? She does the opposite of everything I suggest.
