Just kind of putting it out there so other divorced dads can read and maybe at least not feel alone.

I live out of state and started dating almost a year ago. After 6 months, my ex told my gf we were still sleeping together and now ex GF never spoke to me again. She told our kids that daddy left them because I met another woman (kids don’t believe it)

My youngest told me tonight that their mom wanted her to spy on me and report of I was dating anyone because it’s not right because I’m still a “married man.”

My kids know it’s bullshit. My 8 year old daughter is piecing together that her mom is a giant waste of space.

No matter how shitty your ex gets… show your kids love and acceptance. Eventually they figure it out.
