I think when faced with two extremely opposing ideas, the truth is often found somewhere in the middle. It's healthy to assess your views and try to come at life from a neutral place. Having said that, some things are objectively harmful or helpful upon examination. I'd say feminism falls into the harmful category. It's never really been about equality. If it was, feminists would have tried to get women into the draft when they were fighting for the right to vote. It was about equal rights for women, but not equal responsibilities, which isn't equality at all. I don't think either side is perfect, but I think anti feminists do more good than harm, unlike feminism. I also wanted to address your point about your appreciation for the idea of lifting some people up and knocking others down to even the playing field. That's equality of outcome, not equal opportunity, which I think is extremely concerning. It essentially punishes success to ensure everyone is the same. It sounds good in theory, but in practice, that doesn't sound fair at all. Someone works hard to achieve their goals just for someone else to say that they did too good and need to be knocked back down with everyone else. I understand in instances of being born into wealth it can be frustrating and make equality of outcome sounds good, but why should we punish someone for working hard to give their children a good life? I mean, I'm broke, but if I ever became wealthy and someone took that away from me, I'd be sad and frustrated. I'm just trying to see it from everyone's perspectives, show a little empathy. I think a lot of what feminism preaches sounds beautiful on paper. They paint a picture of a world where everyone could be safe and equal and respected. It sounds great, but actions speak louder than words. They've created a world where men are always considered disposable monsters, women are taught fear and victim mentalities, children are expected to get involved with politics instead of just being kids. I mean, a world where a guy's entire life can be ruined by a false allegation with literally zero evidence or simply walking into the wrong bathroom on accident doesn't sound like the paradise feminists claim to be fighting for. I can't and won't support an ideology that thrives off categorizing people as victims or oppressors based off physical characteristics people can't control. Feminism is just racism, but for what genitals you were randomly born with and that doesn't even begin to address the "straight white males" they hate so passionately, which is literally racism and discrimination on the bases of sexuality. If a group openly hates "homosexual Mexican women" for example, that's obviously wrong, but change that to "straight white males" and suddenly that's totally fine? Feminism is a female supremacy hate group and if I were you, I'd stay away from it. I hope this helps.

Your whole premise about feminism being about bringing equality between the sexes is wrong. Feminism is about supremacy of females over males

Too much focus on equality of outcome as other comments stated as well. Especially in some sense its completely fucked up because it harms not only men but women as well.

I remember a study of equality by the EIGE where they think its harmful to women that they are choosing to stay at home in more cases than men do. Cool way to say you have no free will as a woman and "We know better" and your freedom of choice is not true freedom.
(Ofc I accept that there can be cases where you can say a woman was "forced" to do it or you can even say in those cases she was "forced" because it was better for the family in a cost-benefit way , the same way men are "forced " to take second jobs or to work more hours)

This situation was in Sweden by the way.
