Hey dads, i’m in need of advice. I have been given court ordered visitations for christmas and new years vacation, even though i got more time and even my girls to sleepover (3 and 1.5) the exwife is in contempt and hasn’t fullfilled visitations. Since the judge is on vacation there’s nothing i can do but picking up my girls in the previous schedule the exwife still does respect. Sleepover is scheduled for new years eve, my lawyer adviced i can pickup the girls on that day and just not return them til next day (like the judge ordered). I am down with that, but given previous experiences, ( exwife filed for domestic violence on false accusations and false bearing witnesses) i have to be prepared for whatever she can falsesly accuse me of. She has shown previous commitment to get me in jail, so, some friend reccommende me i record everything that day. I have a surveillance system at home with cctv but only on the exterior and own a gopro. What can i do to protecy myself against flse accusations, i will take my girls go to my parents, have dinner, wait for new year and drive home with my girls, next morning will go back to my parents and spend most of the day there, until its time to take them back. She will probably try to make a scene in my plce or my parents, but i will call the cops on her … please advice, thanks for reading.
