Not blue pill but: considering we recently just dealt with a pandemic, global recession, Recovery, supply chain crunch, now Inflation, a crazy ass election (and a bunch of people still getting arrested for storming the capitol), an international crisis with the ongoing Ukraine conflict, and the world STILL managed to take the time out and have 5 Billion people enjoy the World Cup?

A problem with what? How the genders interact? How women are? I think my issue as someone who seems to lean blue pill is that I just think there's a problem with how individuals interact and the broader stated ethical frameworks and goals of most people. And I think a lot of what people think is gender issues is really just like issues with being young and inexperienced? Like on both ends, people are just growing up at each other's expense and rather than attribute this to age, people are attributing this to gender. And a lot of that kind of makes sense, but also it's just like...no, that's an age issue.

Like, people ultimately seem to end up together for certain amounts of time, many of them quite a long amount of time all said. So mostly, it seems like the genders are interacting just fine with some speed bumps and figuring it out and mistakes and some really awful mistakes.

I mean, I can't lie, I think most young men totally want sex like dogs and a lot would lie, cheat, steal, and murder their own mother to get it. And I do think most young men see relationships as annoying, ancillary, or best avoided. And I think a lot of them see sex as about validating their ego, masculinity, and existence and really don't give much of a shit about women. But I'm not sure that's because they're men. I mean, it sort of is in the sense of like societal influences, biological influences because they're men. But I think a great deal more of this is just explained by them being young and not having figured out who they are, what they're willing to do to get what they want, and feeling like you know the usual cocktail of stupid young people thoughts and emotions. And to some extent as someone who was on the receiving end of the trash evil and unethical fucking behaviour this produces from them, there is a part of me that just kind of tends to in a very emotional way believe men are kind of evil. And to some extent that's a good thing. It has kept me safer from the people who never age out of this as many don't. (Much like it seems the red pill does of women). But also, mostly it seems like young men can grow up from this and never do it again the more they realize the damage they're doing, firm up their identities and what they want to be, and work through the shit emotions and stupid thoughts.

But that's why I think it's so important to demonize this bad behaviour. But it's hard to do without sort of suggesting that it's because a person is a man. In part because no young person ever wants to hear that they're young and stupid and will someday regret how they treated other people. But also in part because of the societal cultural shit and biological shit that kind of pre-games the youth issue.

It's like, 25% of your terrible behaviour is because you're a man in the sense of biological, societal, and cultural influences. 75% of it is because you're young which means being stupid, ignorant, foolish, and still developing an ethical and personal framework. There's a good chance this will fix itself and that this isn't because you're a man.

Same thing, I assume, with women. Given my being one and being able to look back at decisions I made towards men with just like a shameful shake of the head and a laugh like, "Oh my god, how dumb was I. That was terrible. Oh god. Did I have any brain at all? Did I have any heart at all? How could I have been such a terror."

The problem I see a lot is that we like, actively discourage people growing up these days. We act like youth eternal is some vibe that it really isn't.

People won’t “wake up” until it starts to negatively affect the economy somehow.

Money makes the world go round. The political and economic elite only care about money, and they also dominate mainstream public sentiment by paying off mainstream media, and they won’t sound the alarm until it’s clear that the economy is suffering due to people not getting married/having kids.

Realistically I think we are like 10-15 years away from this possibility (minimum).
