What do you even mean
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/25 03:59 PM

Nope
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/25 03:57 PM

Judge away, I don’t care And no checking needed
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/25 03:57 PM

Literally couldn’t care less about judgement
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/25 03:56 PM

I don’t want them to kill themselves Where have I said that
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/25 03:55 PM

Well not really I don’t WANT men to do that, but if the choice is between that and forced rape then yeah, definitely. I’d argue if you don’t agree with me then you’re fucked up
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/25 03:54 PM

Literally are owed safety from anybody, basic law enforcement
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/25 03:53 PM
3

So basically you’re just mad
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 09:40 PM
3

Its not coercion or pressuring someone to set a boundry and walk away if its not met At WORSE the other person is free of you if you are being coercive or manipulative
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 08:12 PM

I think a lot of men on here don’t realise that what they’re doing is arguing from a place of frustrated entitlement under the deluded guise of moral and philosophical stances they claim are to the benefit of society when actually they’re just angry at women for not wanting to fuck them and think women and society simply should just change to appease them. And a societal structure where men thrive? How do they NOT have that? Or is your argument that the patriarchy has been slowly stripped away a…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 07:48 PM

She needs to get mentally aroused by you That’s it. You just need to appease what arouses her by your behaviour and who you are. There’s an orgasm gap because men cum to a feeling whereas women come to a fantasy and most men are nowhere near worth fantasising about
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 07:42 PM
2

Well not really I humoured you with the last one and replied to your paragraphs and your argument is literally just “If you get paid to work then society owes you something and therefore social contract surely owes you love and sex for contributing to society” No. They don’t. Love and sex is a thing you may or may not experience based on somebody else feeling that for you. That’s it. No paygrades involved.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 07:39 PM
3

Taking the L i see
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 07:30 PM
3

Well….yeah…if you’re sexual needs are not being met you definitely can leave your partner because of that… That’s not even controversial lol
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 07:29 PM
0

Who is going to want to fuck somebody who society is helping get fucked? Sex and love is something somebody wants to do with you because they feel the desire Society can’t negotiate attraction for you And it’s not a need, monks and nuns exist
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 07:14 PM
4

Social contract does not owe you vagina for simply working and paying your way dude, sex and love is something you may experience based on if somebody else shares it with you You’re hamstering something very simple out of frustration
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 07:12 PM
4

“Receive nothing in return” You get paid….that’s your employment contract You get infrastructure and protection and whatever employment benefits are agreed in your contract You’re not getting nothing in return, and you CERTAINLY are not owed vagina
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 06:47 PM
3

Ye?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 06:45 PM
1

Well not really…..you’re saying “check” it I’m saying there’s no need, why? Because it’s literally just myself and any voluntary sexual or emotional dynamic ai have with somebody It has nothing to do with you. You are not being deprived by my relationship, and your lack of it is not my fault….my own consensual relationships are none of your business and I don’t have to check anything in regards to you What do you even think you mean by “check”
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 06:30 PM
2

What incentive does a man have to pay taxes or participate in polite society then? We all accept a sort of social contract between each other that helps define our culture and society itself. A minority but significant percentage of men, as they age, lose hope in ever having regular sex, finding love, or starting a family. This results in them opting out of society in various ways: deaths of despair, crime, becoming a hermit, or violence among other things. Ok, that’s entirely their choice to gi…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 06:26 PM
3

Well not really You’ve types out a lot of words, but all of it is rebuttable with “vagina isn’t a treat for simply existing” That’s literally all there is to it
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 06:03 PM
1

So what are you saying
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 06:02 PM
0

There’s no “checking” needed If somebody voluntarily chooses to love and have sex with me, it has absolutely nothing to do with you and how you feel about it and so does not need checking. Anybody outside of who my or anyone else's consensual sexual and emotional relationships are irrelevant to the existence of those relationships and sexual acts So as I said. No checking needed.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:52 PM
2

I expect what, your comment is not coherent
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:50 PM
3

I am literally debating with you, but your replies are mostly mental gymnastics to frame your frustration and “toys out the pram” mentality about access to womens vaginas in exchange for your own basic functioning as an adult as some kinda argument, and so my short concise replies, of which are rebuttal enough, seem like “tweets” when actually they’re literally all the counter argument needed to what you’re saying

“Dystopian dating environment for men” Explain
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:45 PM
1

Its a service not a commodity
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:45 PM
4

No, the promise of a womans vagina should not be needed for a man to be a functioning adult. Find your own meaning in life, that’s one of the beautys of it, it’s not defined for anyone. For some it’s to simply survive, for some it’s to thrive. Entirely up to you. But sex as a promise from society to men just to basically look after yourself? Forget about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:42 PM

No
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:38 PM

What
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:28 PM
-3

It is a privilege yes, but not one that should be “checked”
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:27 PM
0

Irrelevant but ok
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:23 PM
1

Negative feelings to themselves though, because negative feelings towards others implies it’s the fault of others which is entitlement
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:23 PM
3

What would not disregarding the problem look like?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:22 PM
15

Absolutely agree
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:21 PM
4

Womens vagina is not societies treat to men for literally functioning as adults
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:21 PM
3

Yes
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:21 PM

Ok, and that will keep happening
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:21 PM

So you disagree with the premise of my OP? In what way?

Did James Bond and Marvel media make you take for granted the idea of being an impossibly awesome hero?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:20 PM

Ok, but it’s none of their business to get involved in
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:18 PM

You literally have voting rights if you want to sort that problem out
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:16 PM
2

You’re trying to say that every single instance in your life that you don’t consent to as a man is the equivalent of rape Your argument was done before it began

Sex isn’t a commodity
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:06 PM

What would “them mattering” look like?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:03 PM

So what?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:03 PM
3

Correct
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 05:02 PM
5

Im not saying people dont want it But I’d sooner see a man kill himself from loneliness than a woman be forced to fuck him
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 04:53 PM
1

Yes
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 04:52 PM
2

Not coherent
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 04:52 PM
3

Consensual love and sex are part of functioning society yes
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 04:51 PM
4

What is the alternative. What does “not ignoring” them look like?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 04:50 PM
5

It’s literally not a need
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 04:50 PM
4

If its an entirely voluntary consensual interaction then yeah
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 04:48 PM
3

You don’t need alcohol or nicotine but billions want it
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 04:48 PM

The total opposite
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 04:46 PM
9

Well what is it if not entitlement
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 04:46 PM
4

Love is what someone feels towards you Its impossible to provide this without somebody actually loving you
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 04:44 PM
4

There’s no choice but the accept. The alternative to “accepting” is heinous
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 04:43 PM
5

I agree
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 04:41 PM
3

How well others do when it comes to being chosen sexually is literally nobody elses business
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 03:14 PM
2

Ok that makes sense, I agree
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 03:13 PM
6

What has this got to do with love and sex being a right
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 02:55 PM
14

Yes commitment is not a right, I agree
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 02:40 PM
41

Correct
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 02:39 PM
6

If it's not a right it can be systematically taken away. You don’t “have” it to start with, it’s an experience somebody willingly shares with you. The only thing to be taken away is sexual autonomy and freedom, of which are rights
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/25 02:32 PM
3

Exposed what lies? Nobody has lied about anything And what dating app experiments? Or do you mean tik tok/youtube videos literally designed to get clout of which we have no idea if it’s even real or not And I bet you an equal if not more amount of men would happily have sex with a model tier woman even if she admitted to heinous crimes Let me ask. Who exactly “lied” to you that women don’t like attractive men?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 06:35 PM
0

So how would “taking it seriously” translate to real life? Letting you smash?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 05:40 PM

Yes but if she doesn’t find “lower standard” man attractive then pump and dumped >> no relationship >> stable relationship with lower standard man
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 05:10 PM
1

Another fact
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 05:08 PM
2

So what future change will men complaining that women aren’t choosing them set the precedent for?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 05:08 PM
2

Are you unironically claiming that it's common knowledge for men that women would rather pick a male model tier guy that is a "pea dough", over a normal, average guy? That’s not true though lol. Way to use an example like that to discredit yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 04:58 PM
1

Another banger
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 04:55 PM
1

You’re attracted to fat women now?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 04:29 PM
2

Which post is this one similar to that I’ve made
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 04:28 PM
1

Are you attracted to fat women
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 03:01 PM
2

Stop complaining then, my OP is literally “new talking point please” comment to men and their constant complaining
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 03:01 PM
0

It still isn’t clear Better how
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 03:00 PM
2

Literally every single complaining man on here fully well knows what women are attracted to So how have they been lied to? They all know the score And yes, “have more realistic standards” is negotiating attraction
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 02:59 PM
2

That if you want to attract women complaining at the very least won’t bring you closer to that
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 02:54 PM
1

Well if you want a woman to want you then yeah that’s what you gotta do Complaining about not getting women is also gynocentric
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 02:53 PM
0

How is it going to help you It’s not Its just going to train you to wallow
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 02:52 PM
0

Did I say that or did I say it won’t help you get women and sex
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 02:51 PM
1

How does that help anybody
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 01:49 PM
0

How would it change society for the better
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 01:47 PM
-21

There’s nothing to understand beyond “be more attractive”
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 01:46 PM
-4

If your goal is to attract women, then yeah whining in an unattractive way isn’t going to be conducive is it?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 01:46 PM
2

I’m not whining about men whining, I’m informing them they’re wasting their time It’s not going to get them what they want
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 01:43 PM
-2

The other to do better? Makes no sense
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 01:40 PM
-3

Ok so how does your comment in any way support the idea that complaining is gona help you
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 12:15 PM
-1

If it’s immutable why complain
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 12:12 PM
3

Ok and now what they do is say Ha! Gotcha! You said looks matter. Well I was lied to blah blah blah It’s just nonsense from losers who were never getting laid anyway regardless of any external circumstances
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/25 12:03 PM
1

It’s not a little metaphorical, it’s entirely metaphorical
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/25 09:46 AM
2

You’ll certainly never own a woman and that’s a good thing
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/25 10:35 PM
5

Being with somebody they are settling for. That options is there constantly, but they’re choosing not to take it
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/25 05:02 PM
3

But they have porn and warzone now
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/25 05:01 PM
5

Literally over half of 20 - 30 year olds are single
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/25 04:54 PM
-8

This is not true though
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/25 04:43 PM
3

They’re choosing that over the alternative though, so they’re HAPPIER yes
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/25 04:41 PM
-27

Nuclear family everyone has a wife and kids etc, yeah
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/25 04:41 PM
1

Why, they’re defunct
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/25 04:39 PM
11

I actually once had a poster on here try and compare finding a partner to a car dealership
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/25 04:39 PM
2

Negotiating attraction doesn’t work Even with yourself
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/25 11:10 PM
3

Nope, other commenters are right. Maybe you need to re read the OP because your comment is irrelevant
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/25 08:28 PM
3

Yes but if sex hurts because a short man simply doesn’t arouse them then the relationship isn’t going to work is it?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/25 08:25 PM
3

Your consent was not violated. Firstly, people don’t need consent to NOT find you attractive. People certainly do need consent to engage with somebody romantically and sexually. Are you saying these people have violated your consent by NOT giving YOU consent to be sexual and romantic with them? Thats not how it works There’s no argument that you can say that would make you right on this What even is YOUR argument? Do people need consent to NOT find you attractive? Simply not true. Nobody owes yo…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/25 06:36 PM
5

People do not need consent to see you as not romantically or sexually. In fact, consent is only required the other way around, to actively engage with someone romantically or sexually. So you’re one hundred percent backwards about that. Nobody’s consent has been violated.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/25 05:35 PM
7

And nobody OWES you that interest and nobody has done anything WRONG by not finding WebNews9978 attractive, Yes, you may feel anger. But the people you feel anger at have done nothing wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/25 05:23 PM
0

So “restrict what women can do and who they can communicate with” is your answer?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/25 05:19 PM
1

Yes it does
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/25 05:17 PM
8

Are you able to refute any of my OP
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/25 01:39 PM
2

“Allowed to have it worse” What do you mean “allowed”
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/25 08:24 PM
4

Because women have more sexual value by default If they didn’t men wouldn’t want women more than women want men
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/25 05:52 PM
9

As I said, feature not bug. I also believe there are men who are probably rightly single, but are also incredibly valuable in their own right. This is part of my point. Mens self esteem should not be tied to sexual success. Sexual success is actually the exception, not the norm
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/25 03:42 PM
5

Of which is entirely down to the chooser
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/25 03:40 PM
-4

That is a list of commonly sought traits, not an exhaustive list or one claiming to be deal breakers for every woman. Each individual will see their own desired traits in the men they have picked I am not shaming. In fact I think men’s singledom should be normalised and not shamed. Men feeling shame or failure for not achieving something that is actually supposed to be the exception not the norm of the male experience in the problem. Everybody is depressed because they don’t have what daddy and …
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/25 03:37 PM
2

I genuinely don’t know, I think you’ve proven yourself wrong with it
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 06:52 PM
2

The problem is the husband there pal
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 06:45 PM
1

What a lot of women see to be getting at is that they are decentering relationships generally which is their choice. That’s why I would suggest that men start doing the same. A situation in which one side wants a deal more than the other will lead to unbalanced outcomes. Yes, I think more men should learn to be happy single and walk away.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 05:42 PM
1

I don’t see how your happiness (or lack thereof) has anything to do with the reasonableness of your standards. Because that’s the only person “reasonableness” has to do with? You can’t be “unreasonable to anybody ELSE with your standards. Otherwise that implies a sort of entitlement of which the standards of the woman are “unreasonably” in the way of. If I say that want a Victoria’s Secret model but I’m happy to be single if not, I’m effectively saying that I’m happy to be single. That doesn’t m…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 05:09 PM
3

It’s only unreasonable if you’re not also happy to be single if nobody adheres to those standards. The only person you can be “unreasonable” to is yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 04:59 PM
3

Walk/catch public transport is obfuscating from the analogy. We're talking about cars, not different means of transportation. No it’s not. Its being single. You're proving my point by demonstrating that despite there being plenty of great cars available you can never be pleased. YOU’RE deeming them great. If driving them is a miserable experience it doesn’t matter how “great” they are by someone else’s standards
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 04:32 PM
2

Lol, well it is 👍
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 04:30 PM
2

A 30 year old woman dating a 21 year old man would be creepy too Its creepy.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 04:16 PM
6

If it’s not a car that they would rather drive than walk/catch public transport than yeah You’re just saying “great” car like a blanket statement If the car is “great” but every time your ass touches the seat you recoil and feel like vomitting or every time you start the engine your vagina hurts then, yeah, all the cars can be “great” but it’s not better than the bus
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 04:15 PM
1

Because it’s fucking creepy
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 04:12 PM
2

Yeah, my EXACT POINT about temperature is that it can be measured, attraction cannot. So that doesn’t help your argument. The objective characteristics of the guy don’t matter. If he’s that “hot” he’s not going to care if a woman rejects him, is he? And if he’s “hot” and getting rejected by women he deems “less” objectively attractive than him, then he’s not that attractive is he, because attraction is subjective to who feels that attraction. And a fat woman is not unreasonable if she only goes …
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 04:08 PM
7

No good men they’re attracted to Good men they’re not attracted to are irrelevant in dating
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 03:51 PM
3

Yes exactly in that case he needs to lower his standards because he’s being unreasonable to HIMSELF Those aren’t his actual standards if he’s actually not happy being alone And this is the crux A lot of men think women she lower their standards to appease male loneliness, instead of men lowering their own
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 03:44 PM
3

You’re analogy for temperature using the breakdown of proteins would have to have an attraction equivalent- aka somebody so “objectively” attractive that EVERY SINGLE person would just HAVE to fuck them. Doesn’t exist. And your last couple of paragraphs… these women do not meet these standards which makes them unreasonable? Not true. It’s not unreasonable if she’s simply not attracted to less. If a fat woman wants a fit man, and she is simply unattracted to fat men, then she can hold out (fat wo…

I’m from the UK Ok then, go on, expand on your point that dating can’t be viewed through a libertarian lens What did you mean then? What are the alternatives?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 03:11 PM

Literally half the people replying are arguing that
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 02:19 PM
2

Well they did choose no man by choice if they didn’t settle Whether they “bitch” or not, they’re still happier bitching and being with nobody than settling
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 02:18 PM
2

They’re not unreasonable - he’s just not gona get anyone that level If he’s happy being single rather than settling, even better
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 02:17 PM
3

If your goal is attract a partner you want and are happy with, then no, there are no unreasonable standards if you are content to be single OVER settling
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 02:15 PM
2

Yes but thats not the dynamic is it Any given woman is not holding her standard to 50-100 times the standard of every other woman It’s only unreasonable within the context of all the other sellers and buyers If somebody buys that sandwich, great. If not and for whatever reason the seller chooses to keep hold of the sandwich instead of not selling it, then fine, it’s not unreasonable Who is it unreasonable to? Who is being wronged? If they’re more than happy to keep hold of the sandwich, then it’…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 02:14 PM
8

Well not really Economically and politically there’s different arguments to be had But to NOT be a libertarian as far as dating and sex goes, is to imply either redistribution and regulation, aka socialism OR making women all cover up and be a mans property, aka conservatism I’m vehemently against both. So libertarianism in dating? By far the most rational and moral stance
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 01:40 PM
4

Well exactly- you can’t demand women settle
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 01:36 PM
3

Read the OP?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 01:35 PM
2

It’s not unreasonable if A : People pay that much B : You’re happier to hold out for a buyer than to sell for less Why is it “unreasonable”? What defines it as unreasonable? The CUSTOMERS? Well not really. And the customers in this instance are saying that the majority if sandwich vendors are charging an unreasonable amount. So it’s not over priced, it’s just THE price because those selling would rather hold out than sell for cheaper
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 01:35 PM
3

Well objectively the weather is not “warm” in comparison to how hot it CAN get, or how cold it CAN get We think 90 degrees is warm because it’s hot for us. The sun is thousands and thousands of times hotter, so objectively a warm day is cold. We just FEEL it’s hot for US The reason we perceive certain features as universally attractive is because more people feel attraction towards it. The “objective” attractive qualities somebody has doesn’t give them more entitlement to those with less attract…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 01:22 PM
5

No, we identify characteristics as attractive because people choose people with those characteristics If nobody felt those characteristics were attractive then they would not be deemed attractive characteristics If a man has a lot of characteristics deemed attractive l, but nobody is picking him, he can’t expect women to simply choose him because according to his objective analysis and science he has attractive attributes and therefore is entitled to women he deems below him If the tallest most …
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 01:04 PM
4

Attraction is a feeling Without the people and their choices the feeling doesn’t exist, so it cannot be objective A human beings attractiveness does not exist without somebody to feel the attraction It is not objective
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 12:44 PM
9

Yeah and no man is an option They are choosing that WHY should they have to instead choose a man YOU deem “reasonable”??
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 12:42 PM
5

It does mean they’re not delusional, they’re LITERALLY choosing NO man over they’re requirements You’re saying they should lower those requirements below the men they want, below no man, all the way down to somebody you DEEM reasonable
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 12:35 PM
3

Yeah? And?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 12:34 PM
4

They’re not delusional It’s This man > No men > Men below my standard If these women are choosing No Man then they are attaining something they want more than the men below they’re standards No man is a better outcome
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 12:10 PM
3

I state in my OP that attraction isn’t a fiat currency It cannot be equates to money and products
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 12:09 PM
2

Yes they could indeed improve themselves to meet those standards
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 12:08 PM
10

There’s no such thing as 8’s There’s who is choosing who If those you’re choosing aren’t choosing you back, no matter how much you’re settling for them in your own mind, you’re still not at their level
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:51 AM
6

Ye so it’s irrelevant what league a man thinks a woman is in or whether she should settle with him, because if she’s not buying what he’s selling, then he’s not enough The choice speaks volumes
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:49 AM
14

So we agree that your “level” is who picks you? And they are not being unreasonable for choosing no man. They are not obliged to pick any man. No man over men not reaching their standards or preferences is a choice and a valid and reasonable one
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:47 AM
-2

I’m not sure what your point is
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:45 AM
11

Men still have agency as to whether they choose larger or curvier women though And if they are choosing, great If they’re not, no amount of body positivity media or discourse is going to mean shit to anybody or anything and is therefore irrelevant
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:44 AM
11

Well it’s not if both parties are choosing to do it
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:43 AM
5

Yes, so when men aren’t able to find anybody, and get frustrated that women won’t “lower their standards” and instead choose NO man over them, then those men need to stop being delusional and lower their standards more
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:42 AM
8

You don’t understand that choosing NO man IS a choice They are choosing to be with no man. Just because their first choice doesn’t choose them back doesn’t mean instant default to settling with another man below her standards. NO man fills that gap and is a choice in and of itself that they are actively taking
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:26 AM
9

And yet women are choosing to either be messed around by non committed men or being alone before settling That’s a choice they’re making. And they’re choice is what determines value
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:24 AM
5

It’s not too simple conceptually, it’s literally all there is to it. NBA players play alongside many other people in their team and against other players. In dating it’s two people and their choices. If she’s not choosing you, and nobody else her level is choosing you, no matter how attractive you think you are or deem her to be, you’re not her level. Otherwise she’d pick you
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:16 AM
5

It’s the men bitching about women not settling for them
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:14 AM
14

There is no such thing as “mate level” It’s literally determined by who is picking you Where else does this “level” exist if not in the assortive mating outcomes themselves? Who’s keeping track of everyone’s value? God? Women are not being “unreasonable” because they’re choosing no man over men who themselves deem themselves “her level”
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:14 AM
6

Have you read my OP? If a woman is willingly choosing to provide that for him then it’s not too high If nobody is willing to do that, then it is too high
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:08 AM
1

Ok then her standards ARE REALISTIC then because reality is giving her dates and attention and sex
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 07:21 AM
1

Yes if that woman is not attracting those men then she’s just not gona get anyone The same way a man not attracting anyone he believes to be his level is. Until you get actual results your aiming too high There’s no referee in this game. It’s pure results based reality
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/25 06:29 PM
2

The dating market isn’t something that’s meant to “function” it’s not an institution or system it’s free will and biology and instinct Ironically the closer to biological instinct people act in mating the more “functional” it is
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 09:25 PM
2

What do you mean by your anger is justified And what is it that you’re angry at these women for?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 05:06 PM
4

Not an issue for me at all I’d encourage any man who struggles with dating to leave the country
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 04:38 PM
2

I feel empathy for your position. But you have no choice but to be “ok” with it Unless somebody willingly chooses to be with you, what form does “not being ok” with it look like?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 04:37 PM
3

Your point is not succinct I will try and answer plainly If men don’t want to A improve themselves further, or B lower their own standards - then that’s the end of the line for them, there is no other solution
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 04:36 PM
10

There is no such thing as “dysfunction” in the dating market Theres freedom, choices and consequences Women choose to have a certain standard. It’s a standard they feel they can’t compromise on because if they did it would be worse than being alone. They enact that choice. That’s it. Nobody is guaranteed anything and value and attraction are not tied to anything tangible or measurable. Its just get togethers or not get togethers.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 04:34 PM
1

Well if they have enough wealth they won’t struggle will they
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 03:52 PM
1

There’s no such thing as “realistic standards” I’m interested, how would you define “realistic standards” To me it would be standards that garner results. If as a man you are not getting results, your standards are not realistic.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 03:22 PM
2

I’m sorry what point are you trying to articulate? I do say “if you’ve self improved as much as you’re willing to”
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 03:21 PM
3

Well this is my point Men do say this about women So now I’m saying it about men and asking them to be put in their shoes Comprehend someone trying to tell you to lower your standards to someone you genuinely don’t find attractive Men are always asking women to do that here all the time
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 02:58 PM
2

No i did not, otherwise I would have said “women are narcissists” Likewise, I could say men EXPECTING women to give them a chance is entitled narcissism.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 02:56 PM
2

Well not really, as they’re “high” because they are not attracted to lower So they feel the same about having to lower their requirements as a man who ALREADY feels he’s pushing the bottom of his attraction threshold does It’s just asking people to settle for those they don’t want. How “reasonable” you deem those standards is irrelevant. All that’s relevant is reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 02:50 PM
3

It’s not insane if he’s unable to get any better than a 3 it’s literally just reality
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 02:48 PM
3

He is being unreasonable though if he’s not able to attract a 50th percentile woman He simply is Attraction isn’t backed up by gold like currency used to be. There’s no set value. It’s who buys what you’re selling and who doesn’t. Just because there’s a certain amount of women in the world and a certain amount of men, doesn’t mean that those women HAVE to pair up with a man. There’s what HAPPENS and what doesn’t happen. If a “50 percentile man” doesn’t attract “50 percentile women” then he’s got…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 02:48 PM
2

There’s no such thing as objectively unreasonable or unrealistic standards Theres literally just who will and does find you mutually attractive and who doesn’t. If no woman finds you attractive but you deem yourself as at least attractive enough that you “Should” be getting some results, you are simply wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 02:41 PM
1

Yes, and some get a bite, and some need to go even lower
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 02:39 PM
0

The onus id on nobody The reality is all that matters. Can’t get a partner? Very uncomfortable without a partner? Then do something about it. Go lower, because reality is whether you deem it fair or reasonable that the women you’re going for ain’t biting. Or refuse to do so, because you deem your standards low enough. And remain single. Which is what more women seem comfortable doing, otherwise they’d literally lower them.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 02:38 PM
2

What bullshit
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 02:36 PM
3

Ok, but all that matters is actual reality If you can’t attract one go lower Feel like you’re going TOO low? Well so do the women you’re asking to do the same. The specifics of the standards themselves are irrelevant. What matters is who is more comfortable holding out. And from this sub it doesn’t seem like it’s women who are finding it hard to hold out
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 02:31 PM
0

Ok, but all that matters is who these men can get It’s basic math If they can’t get the women they’re aiming for, go lower When one eventually is mutually attractive then that’s the sweet spot. Until then it’s just pure science. Attraction isn’t theory it’s biology
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 02:16 PM
2

But not enough
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 02:15 PM
-2

Well maybe who they “feel” is below them is wrong and they are still going for people above them and need to drop their standards lower? Almost no woman on the planet would reject an attractive man because they thought he was slumming it with them
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/25 02:15 PM

My argument is that, by your own stats, more young people than ever are single and as that generation ages more of them will become single and less people will choose to be together based on trends and how society is changing due to technology and culture
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/25 06:22 PM

Literally not my point and not what I said
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/25 06:21 PM

Ye and likewise it doesn’t mean those with partners are in a relationship for the entire 10 years either But at any one time less than half are with somebody….like….why would you try and use that stat to disprove me lol And it’s not going to get BETTER. How have things improved in dating since tinder and instagram released in 2012?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/25 06:15 PM

How is it blackpill? You can frame anything that’s not “all men will find love and everything will be fine” as blackpill
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/25 06:13 PM

Not to all of them no? Do you even know what your own point is?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/25 05:36 PM

Who is fighting against utopia? Young straight white men? Not really Those men will not “inevitably” attract a woman at some point. It’s far from guaranteed just because they “get out into the world”

/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/25 03:53 PM

I have done alright with women in my life, ConstipatedAvocado, thanks And a man in his mid thirties being desirable has what to do with my point about 22 year old women essentially being too young for a man in his thirties, not as in “that’s wrong” but as in, men in their thirties look at women ten years young and, unless a bit weird, think “hmmm, kid”
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/25 05:32 PM
1

Yes but why is there an “imbalance”
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/25 05:29 PM
1

Well that’s literally the same thing
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/25 04:06 PM
5

As a man in his mid thirties, I look at an in shape 35 year old woman who was clearly also hot in her early twenties and think “she’s hot” I look at a 22 year old girl and think “shes a kid” I think there’s a lot of guys in their early and mid twenties who look at 30 as ancient, when it’s really not and it’s also coming way faster than you think, and you will find women your age attractive when you get there
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/25 03:54 PM
22

Yes your example of yourself as a woman is eye opening no? She’d be absolutely drowning in attention, even if her face was very basic. Are you drowning in attention? Probably not. (Not saying you don’t do well)
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/25 03:20 PM

You what
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/25 03:16 PM

Value is determined by demaned and men demand more women than vice versa, so yes in the dating market some are more valuable than others
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/25 03:16 PM

You’ve been married the entire time social media and dating apps have been as prominent as they are, and probably in a relationship with her for a year or more beforehand. You’re literally commenting on an era you know nothing about

Very out dated opinion
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/25 11:59 AM

Literally what’s the alternative? You get into a relationship, as an average man you’re incredibly easy to replace. Fact. So is the alternative to just not care? If you don’t care why be with them?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/25 11:58 AM

Its not about being scared or being afraid of being alone The average man is objectively easily replaceable Just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean they’re not after you

Yes it does Women are sexually dimorphic almost by default They have long hair, feminine faces even if not pretty. /r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 03:47 PM

Spotted the average height sales guy
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 03:26 PM

It’s not a lie though is it
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 03:25 PM

Absolutely irrelevant if she doesn’t like you though
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 03:21 PM

I talk about behaviour and performative action as well as well as natural attractiveness. I’ve not stated specific immutable traits
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 03:20 PM

It’s being there with a need, and providing it consistently It’s not some magic charm. And you have to have the goods and be able to provide them, both in sales and dating Sales companies very much drill it into their sales people that they have more control over the outcome than they do, so they remain consistent and persistent in the face of mostly rejection. They also throw awards parties and put a lot of money into glamourising the industry to retain people because it’s mostly rejection duri…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 03:18 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 03:13 PM

How is it black pill
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 03:12 PM

Ok, yeah maybe? Maybe they can just spot it when a guy is trying to neg her and it’s coming across as cringe
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 03:10 PM

I don’t know I didn’t see the messages Maybe, maybe not. But she knows what negging is
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 03:08 PM

What do you mean his honesty? And the second point. She said he was wearing his muscles, that they didn’t “suit” him (That’s not the most brutal thing ai’ve heard a woman say about a gym bro lol)
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 03:04 PM

No, I don’t say the gym is manipulative Everyone should work out for many reasons. I just think it doesn’t make a man more attractive, or at least anywhere near to the extent it used to
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 03:03 PM

No I don’t consider the gym to be performative behaviour or manipulation But it is very much something that isn’t as effective as people think. It’s seasoning to an already attractive man
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 02:55 PM

What do you mean Everyone knows make up exists There’s a massive industry not only about products, but how to apply it Its celebrated Nobody is pretending make up doesn’t exist and it doesn’t make people look better They know, all women know, all men know to. What a weird thing to try and argue about
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 02:53 PM

No behaviour and type are also part of it I don’t emphasise looks much at all in my OP
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 02:52 PM

Ok
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 02:51 PM

No it’s a good thing because women are choosing men they have genuine attraction for and performative behaviour and manipulation aren’t producing results
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 02:50 PM

Sales and recruitment only works because of the persistent nature of calling a client everyday and then catching them on a day when they are desperate or don’t have any other option. It’s not the “sales” that’s selling, it’s the being there at the right time Women have WAY more options now than ever. There is zero shortage. Muscles enhance the right guys, and do nothing for most men.

I think five to ten years ago certain behaviour and performative facades by men who were not naturally attractive did have some effect simply because it caused curiosity in some women as to why this guy was treating HER like the option, so they entertain it maybe by sleeping with them once or going on one date
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 02:43 PM

Two things Why would they And They never will because they don’t have to
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 02:42 PM

They don’t fall for Nigerian prince scams though
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 02:40 PM

Not really a coherent sentence. What do you mean and how is this relevant
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 02:39 PM

I think it DID to some level in prior years, because the content was less out there in the zeitgeist and it wasn’t as prevalent amongst day to day language as it is now especially with social media etc. I think it used to kinda cause an intrigue with some women, who thought “this guy is kinda attractive if I squint but is acting just like the really attractive men who I know. MAYBE there’s something to it” So they sleep with him or go on a date and very quickly realise it’s just a guy who watche…

It’s very much in line with my other posts
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 03:25 PM
3

Yes I agree which I say in the first paragraph of my OP But the fact remains it won’t help men get dates or sex
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 03:22 PM
6

Ok well lots of other men can empathise no? If it’s not because they think empathy and sympathy can get them sex, then it doesn’t need to be coming from women does it? And it’s not eugenics disguised as anything. Its literally individual free will and attraction.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 03:16 PM
3

Yes but that is not how the game is played for men, men actually have to score a goal in order to score a goal
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 03:12 PM
7

So you think society can, for some reason, on the back of feeling sorry for undateable men, come together to change an entire genders perception (somehow) of what they’re attracted to? Or, just work out, groom and dress better?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 03:11 PM
4

Women cannot be blamed for men who hate women I understand how sympathy CAN help in other aspects for sure. I can feel sympathy for a lonely man, as a male myself, and show him empathy etc and maybe give him advice and friendship. This will benefit him. But the CORE problem of which is - a man can’t attract a woman - can’t be solved by anybody’s sympathy
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 02:02 PM
2

Why’s it relevant who cares about your dating woes if you can’t attract somebody though
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 01:51 PM
3

They could settle if they wanted to but they are not out of choice The offers there for them and for a lot, thanks, but no thanks
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 01:45 PM
10

It’s not your opinion that matters though is it You do not own women, you cannot deem what makes them happy or not. They do.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 01:40 PM
-7

You can’t
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 01:39 PM
5

Yes it doesn’t apply to all A lot of men without success in dating are not clamouring for sympathy, I would agree. But a large subsection and potentially the majority believe somehow that “somebody else” can help them. They can’t, in dating everyone is alone
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 01:39 PM
0

What do you mean? It is nobody else’s fault, how can it be
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 01:38 PM
1

How is the sympathy going to benefit anyone though And more socialising is something any individual can choose to do, it’s entirely in their control
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 01:37 PM
9

Women are fully aware they can choose a safer option and settle They can see that choice, they know They’re CHOOSING not to. And it’s very rarely people don’t do things they think is in their best interest. They really do prefer being alone to settling.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 01:35 PM
2

What’s your point? Bit of a ramble
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 01:13 PM
7

Unless the government mandates everyone is forced to exercise (which you can choose to do yourself) and supplements grooming services (really not that expensive) and products and issues everyone a free therapist, then there literally is nothing within the realm of known science that can help you become more attractive. That IS the only answer, for you to become more attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 01:12 PM
11

I think it’s an extension of the fact that a lot of people, even if subconsciously, simply cannot accept that nobody else in the entire world but them, the individual themselves, can fix their dating problems
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 01:05 PM
9

Society cannot help you in dating though And in dating, sympathy does not help you at all. It’s just a fact
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 12:58 PM
2

Men who struggle in dating are not “victims” And “victim blame” It’s literally nobody else’s problem. Or fault.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/06/25 12:57 PM
1

What does this even mean
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/25 05:38 PM
1

“They should control themselves” they can do what they want and do do what they want. And real life isn’t a film. The President of the United states is a felon, he’s also married. Elon musk has like a million kids. Your “shouldn’t reward bullied” this is bizarre and out of touch with anything that matters. Attraction is A moral.

/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/25 04:44 PM

You can’t show me ONE example of media where the guy rises above the traditionally attractive guys because he’s kind and compassionate. You are literally filling in that blank in your head. They always have another caveat. Because it’s a fictional film.

I’d say men who “naturally” fall into supplicating simp behaviour and find “pick her up and throw her on the bed” as some kind of performative chore really need to ask themselves - “is it bullshit that I keep persuading myself the ‘real’ me isn’t naturally masculine, and why do I feel more comfortable being inherently effeminate and a simp?”

Bullys or jocks do those things with women Or at the very least, MORESO than quiet nerdy safe guys I’m not saying bullys or jocks (moreso in highschool) are perfect, just that they happen to have more attractive traits
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/25 04:03 PM

You should work out anyway for your own health And you need to enjoy your interactions with women. Its fun to joke and flirt and converse. But don’t EXPECT anything from them or put pressure on the interaction. They are not a puzzle where the prize is sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/25 03:33 PM
-8

An effeminate man or mommys boy then?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/25 03:31 PM

No, posts like these are absolutely fine
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/25 03:30 PM

Not a single kid hit the gym in my high school in the early 2000’s so I dunno how that is relevant All young teenage boys are sex obsessed lol Sounds like you we’re abnormally sheltered? Home schooled? Single mother as a parent? It’s not victim blaming, there are no “victims” of this, some people simply fail to acknowledge obvious reality and blame that on their dating woes
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/25 03:29 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/25 03:23 PM

What do you mean “rewarding” Sex isn’t a gold star, it’s a biological thing. The woman enjoys the dynamic too.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/25 02:37 PM
1

Well if you simply exhaust all options and cannot attract anyone regardless of your best efforts then yeah, you are defeated. There is no other way of getting what you want. How is not accepting beneficial to you then?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/25 02:21 PM
3

“Admit” You’re telling on yourself here, as if it’s “bad” they like this - because it’s not nerdy you. And yeah, if you ask most women if they prefer the hot confident exciting edgy guy with tattoos and a jacked body OVER the nice studious safe friendly vanilla guy they will absolutely, without any shame, say the first guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/25 02:19 PM
7

Every single one of these pieces of media displayed the status quo as being the jock or bad boy has the girls by default Only when the nerd, who was the exception to the rule (thats literally why its a story) with some sort of special quality takes the girl. Watching a film like that and thinking “that’s literally me” and then blaming society for “lying” to you that you’d end up with the girl is mental gymnastics beyond belief

I have never said I’m a woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 08:17 PM

What entitles you to define their own standards
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 07:28 PM

Empathy for what
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 06:28 PM

OooooK?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 06:22 PM

Female sexual autonomy and freedom is NOT a “wrong” though. And you being taxed to your glee or dismay is totally irrelevant to that sexual freedom. You’ve created a moral dichotomy that doesn’t even make any sense
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 05:50 PM

They’re immeasurably different violations of consent
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 05:48 PM

It’s not, what’s equality of outcome got to do with dating
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 05:47 PM

Ok, well if they can they can
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 05:45 PM

You are right yes
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 05:40 PM

I don’t know I’ve not done a survey
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 05:36 PM

One that far supersedes “tAXaTiOn iS tHeFt”
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 05:28 PM

Romantic success is not guaranteed with effort, and should not be achievable with effort. Effort WILL help, but you are not guaranteed success. Just because a man puts a certain amount of work in, doesn’t mean a woman is then bound to forgo her freedom and be with that man simply because he hit an effort quota
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 05:27 PM

Government should stay out of dating
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 05:24 PM

My thoughts are regardless of the 80/20 rule, the 50/50 rule, the 1/100 rule, or whatever, it’s totally irrelevant It’s all entirely subjective. We don’t get ranked rated and paired up by some standards god in the sky. So there’s no right or wrong answer, and no entitlement is justified to moan at women to “stay in their lane”
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 05:22 PM

But it is literally nobody’s problem to suffer or solve but the individual I feel that’s a very hard thing for people to TRULY accept
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 04:32 PM

A grievance to WHO exactly?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 04:30 PM

“If you agree with women not having to fuck men they don’t want then you should be against taxation” is NOT intellectual consistency At all
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 04:22 PM

“Men who pay tax should be entitled to sex” Entitlement
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 04:20 PM
1

I am not referring specifically to men
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 01:45 PM

What’s the alternative to acceptance
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/25 01:44 PM
2

What are you even saying
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 10:48 PM
3

What’s this got to do with somebody accepting their own singleness
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 08:58 PM
4

Ok, well, that’s entirely your choice
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 08:50 PM
3

Ok, well there’s no alternative so what choice do you have
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 08:32 PM
0

Acceptance will lead away from negative feelings
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 08:27 PM
2

I will give you that yes Game and PUA and “frame” and persistence is literally gona help you with like 5 percent of your dating problems The grifters VASTLY over sell its effectiveness
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 08:27 PM
5

Cool How’s that relevant
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 08:25 PM
4

No, both sides of the coin would LITERALLY be Men who can’t find success dating And other side of coin Women who can’t find success dating. My OP applies to both equally
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 08:08 PM
3

The exact same logic would be “unattractive women who can’t find a partner or sex should learn to accept it” Thats the DIRECT equivalent to my OP. Not some other thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 07:13 PM
6

My OP applies to women too
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 07:10 PM
1

Yeah, so? What’s your point
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 05:34 PM
3

I have almost zero power besides one vote as to what my taxes go on
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 05:32 PM
4

And if they’re willingly enduring that, then think how miserable settling must be for them
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 05:32 PM
4

No, the direct equivalent to my premise in the OP is women who can’t attract a partner willingly should learn to accept it. Which is true, I believe that
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 05:27 PM
2

Yeah, and there’s no government enforcement of sex And if there was - via sex coupons - cool. You’d never notice it in your tax or income statement any more than you would notice Lockheed Martins weekly invoice for plane tyres
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 05:24 PM
3

WHY would they get with men who are “similar” to them (subjective) if they are MORE happy alone or chasing other men who they’d rather chase? Not happy because you’re only getting some attention and time and sex from men you actually want, or perpetually miserable because you’re with a guy who doesn’t do it for you at all? They’re exercising their free will to do the former. Which in and of itself is the answer
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 05:17 PM
3

How, nothing is going to change
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 05:14 PM
5

If ugly men bitch loud enough all it does is make those who bitch look less appealing Women haven’t stopped dating or sleeping with the men they want to What exactly is your position
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 05:13 PM
2

Dude you act like MULTI BILLION dollar initiatives and schemes and programs aren’t greenlit almost every single day Government prostitution coupon schemes won’t make the slightest ripple in how government spending affects you
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 05:09 PM
3

I’m saying, if you are perpetually single and no amount of effort is changing that - then your own happiness has no other option BUT to accept your singledom There is no reality where you make other people lower their standarda
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 05:05 PM
3

They don’t have to give up They can keep trying to improve and become attractive and meet the right person, for sure
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 05:04 PM
5

Why “should” they stay in their own lane, if they don’t have to? What does “lane” even mean? If a woman doesn’t make an effort and nobody is attracted to her, then exactly the same principle applies to her as I state in my OP, she should accept or get better
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 05:00 PM
2

I don’t agree to pay more taxes, I don’t agree to pay less taxes. If tax money is spent on that one day, that’s a political and economic issue, isn’t it Still not “entitled” to it
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:58 PM
3

Hey if the prostitutes are consenting to being paid for sex then sure let people spend their coupons If it’s “you, woman, must give this man sex for free against your will for the good of society” then it would be insane if I have to tell you why thats wrong and why its never gona happen
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:50 PM
2

Ok, so Trump got voted in It’s not affecting dating one bit How would making others more miserable make you more happy? How would that look?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:48 PM
7

They squirm because they’re not attracted Blah blah blah clothes, make up, ok cool, irrelevant, they exist. Don’t date people who wear clothes and make up then you totally have the freedom to do that If capable of better women, date better women then?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:45 PM
5

I’m not the one “imagining” burning it all down Mentally checking out? Ok - so - totally inconsequential to society lol, possibly actually preferred The benefit is your own happiness. The alternative is not accepting and not being happy
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:42 PM
2

So you’re agreeing with my OP
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:40 PM
8

I say predominantly men The same principle in OP applies to women too, yes
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:39 PM
2

If their “league” isn’t something they want then they’re not going to “come back to reality” It’s not “reality”. Reality is whatever they can attain for themselves. If that’s simply situationships and singledom, modern society certainly has made that much more comfortable than “coming back to reality” and squirming every time the man you’re compromising for gets into bed next to you
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:37 PM
7

It does apply to everyone
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:30 PM
6

I’m not telling people to be miserable I’m LITERALLY telling people to be the opposite, to accept Unless you’re suggesting that somehow NOT accepting is going to lead to another outcome besides misery?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:30 PM
4

Cool Totally irrelevant to dating
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:29 PM
6

Lol Firstly, how Secondly, what, so that strong men will take all the women in the ruins anyway?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:27 PM
7

Yes I even state women in my OP Exactly the same principle
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:26 PM
4

Its not punching down, my OP is literally a recommendation for people to deal with the reality of their singledom
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:25 PM
3

Even if you could force people to date each other, which is never gona happen - those people will just cheat or dead bedroom or have relationships simply not worth having Literally DO it if you have the utility to force that policy, but you’ll have to wind the clock back on everything else also which is never gona happen And forcing people to date each other is immoral because you’re making one person endure rape
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:23 PM
4

Like what
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:19 PM
5

What even would that challenge look like?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:11 PM

2

It won’t
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:08 PM
1

It’s 2025 not 2006 Nobody has the excuse of being “misled” anymore And even if you were……So?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:07 PM
2

How am I a hypocrite I’ve already stated that taxation and sexual/relationship freedom are totally unrelated on any level and one opinion on one is totally irrelevant to the other
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:07 PM
1

Well what even is your “mind” , what is your stance?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 04:05 PM
4

If you’re mature, based and not a fundamentally selfish person you’ll learn to accept and find happiness another way You’re not a child. So don’t act like it. Historically and currently many people gracefully live with much worse than singledom
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 03:53 PM
2

Consistently applying moral principles, is irrelevant Theres no argument involving moral consistency where anything but acceptance is your only choice as someone who nobody is attracted to This isn’t a recommendation to SOCIETY, it’s a recommendation to unsuccessful men and women in dating - accept or essentially suffer
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 03:51 PM
2

What’s the alternative to acceptance? Depression and hate?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 03:48 PM
5

In a totally libertarian or anarchic society where taxation doesn’t exist you’d arguably have even more singledom so it’s a totally void form of passive blackmail to insinuate that sex or relationships should be redistributed because taxation exists lol
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 03:42 PM
6

Your comment, meant as sarcasm, is literally not wrong though lol
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/25 03:40 PM

Why is discussing looks censored on this sub reddit when it’s literally 90 percent of what matters in dating? How can you discuss dating without discussing by far the most influential factor?

By the very stat itself less than 80 percent of men have sex more than one a year dude, its terrible So not EVEN 80 percent of men can claim sex in the past 6 months? Looool

1

How on gods green earth do you dickmax
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/25 04:15 PM

If the stat was better than it sounded, a better version of the stat would be presented Instead the absolute best way to present the information is “80 percent of men get laid at least once a year” A self own statistic, thanks, I’m using that one going forward
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/25 01:12 PM
11

Laid at least once a year? 80 percent chance? YAAAAAY My god
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/25 01:06 PM

No dude nothing about that stat is optimistic or positive lol

Wow they got laid once in a year, lol

Because a select few guys sleep with and date the majority of women on rotation
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/25 11:47 AM

It’s not crap for women If you are a woman who is not overweight or distinctly ugly and you swipe right on men with dad bods youre simply gona get loads of matches You’re defeating your own point

Everyone is average amongst their peers, that’s how peers are defined

Unfortunately for most men it’s D tier treatment or nothing
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/25 11:32 AM

Why would you, a singular woman redditor’s preference for a “dad bod” whatever than means have ANY implication on my points made about general physical attraction? Do you WANT stats from me lol or do you wanna bug out now

My sister in Christ if you are INTO gaming and into men who game you are not the average Jane I’m sorry - your dating landscape is totally different

Once again, you’re getting it ass backwards The dating failures, sometimes years of it, happens FIRST and its the average run of the mill guy that this is happening to Some may be awkward, like all demographics, but they’re mostly just not exciting or dangerous enough - or good looking enough to afford to be very forward sexually It’s a cause and effect thing. I’m talking about why men seek out this content. Perfectly normal average men who just aren’t quite cutting it in a world where one thous…

I’m sure you’re a lovely interesting bunch of people (not sarcasm I mean that genuinely) But the average man is not going to history clubs lol He likes some sports, video games, and a beer or two each week

I mean they think that you need to get your body in the best shape as possible because it appeals to the widest possible scope of women Immutable traits So like, that lanky skinny guy with the brown eyes and brown hair and pale skin who kind looks a bit like johnny depp and has an alternative style Yes, he may seem “niche” at first glance. But he’s literally just a tall good looking guy lol. 6 months training and a hair cut and a change of wardrobe and he’s literally just plain old chad

Even if he DOES have “incel” idealism He doesn’t start out like that. Average men with average looks do “fine” with women, ye Lukewarm reception and sparse opportunity And they don’t START OUT following redpill stuff, most “chads” are blue pilled because they literally just walk through life like “this is easy” when it comes to dating You’re getting it all ass backwards

/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 10:53 AM

I’m not on about me personally But rejection after rejection and negative outcome after negative outcome for perfectly normal guys will result in accumulated trauma, how would it not
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 10:52 AM
7

And it often ends horribly
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 10:40 AM
15

Its not ptsd every time a woman doesn’t date you, it’s years upon years of negative feedback from the world, even if it’s minor each and every time. It’s compounding.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 10:33 AM
6

Its not NOT acting weird as hell that most people have trouble with. You can act totally normal, and friendly and adjusted but it’s not enough of a hook because excitement is triggered by behaviour that would actually be deemed unhealthy by many.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 10:31 AM
5

So “avoid dating”
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 10:28 AM

Any rejection will be traumatic. Whether than be on a micro level or macro level. Your brain is broken if it’s not. Rejection after rejection after rejection is micro trauma compounded. Trauma isn’t necessarily just one horrific scarring event. Trauma can be something you don’t even know you have. Boiled from analogy etc

/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/25 08:31 PM

Yeah maybe, suppose we’re all still playing the game. Its a live experiment happening now. Nobody has finished or lost yet, so there’s no feeling of remorse or regret - so we’re all still chasing who we want
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/25 07:49 PM

Its not unhinged Its literally because they now have access to more than those men at the local bar or workplace. It really was settling for what was about until very recently. Now it really is a case of oh, I can hold out for what I ACTUALLY find truly attractive now
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/25 07:23 PM

Well if nobody wants to date them they are surplus in regards to the dating market….
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/25 07:20 PM

The “you dont believe it because you’ve probably never had it happen” is true I think. I think an awful lot of guys can’t comprehend that a select few men get as much attention as a hot woman
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/25 06:00 PM
2

Incorrect They don’t suppress genuinely high value (as decided by the other side) profiles because it’s the high value profiles that keep people swiping. If you’re a guy and not getting matches it’s because people are seeing your profile and swiping left
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/25 05:52 PM

Exactly. Theres a LOT of surplus males in regards to the dating market and we’re figuring out in real time how to deal with that as a society
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/25 05:07 PM

This is not true Women just have the freedom now to date only those who they are actually attracted to Turns out men DRASTICALLY over estimated how many of them would make that cut

That guy reading seduction techniques between sets is inherently obvious to anybody. “I’ll lay off texting her for a few days, I’ll make a cocky joke and then walk away for a while to create the illusion of distance” is firing blanks, it works when she’s feeling crap in herself because she can kind …

No 1 percentile man is arguing on the purple pill reddit lol If you know enough women, and know enough men, both with and without options, you’ll know that sex has nothing to do with it. Man with options, woman with options, tend to treat people as disposable Man without options, women without options, tend to treat each and every prospect with more value. Women tend to have more options. So more of them tend to treat men as disposable. There are also some that don’t.

/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 02:16 PM

You can just lumber and loom around as an attractive guy and as long as you dont offend or creep out you can always have a decent girl on the go. But I mean, almost clumsily attractive. Like, just can’t help look good kinda attractive. Not Mr 5 foot 10 works out like crazy and wears fitted t shirts and gets his hair cut often attractive. I mean, big tall good looking guy who could skip a haircut for months and wear a super troopers t shirt and yet is somehow just hot, that kinda guy
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 02:01 PM

Ye money does increase attraction on a material level, but not raw visceral attraction. Muscles? I guess….a bit 2016 though Height and face should replace muscles. “He looks like he’s wearing his body” is my favourite quote ive heard from a girl in reference to a mid height uglish guy who was jacked.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 01:58 PM
1

Yeah but you have to kinda have the goods Why should anyone, especially a dating age woman in 2025, give a guy with very little to show for himself a shot because “oh he’s tenacious” What in the 1950’s technicolor capitalist is this?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 01:55 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 01:26 PM

Lifting makes sense But the idea you can charm your way into women’s pants you otherwise wouldn’t be able to is condescending to women. Its like you can jedi mind trick your way into sex with them. No, they like attractive men, no BS
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 01:17 PM

Most women aren’t on dating apps at any one time. They’re mostly on there for a short period as they quickly secure a situationship and sometimes relationships very quickly

/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 11:58 AM

A very attractive man can absolutely live the life of a princess and it’s not something he struggles internally to settle into either. Its all dictated by demand and how valuable you just existing is to others
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/25 11:38 AM
4

Because that arrangement is absolutely miserable for the woman
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/25 12:20 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 06:46 PM

A man is only deprived of sex if somebody restrains him or his consensual sexual partner. If by “deprived” you mean nobody wants to have sex with him, then no, his freedoms are not being infringed upon

Yes i agree with those two points
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 06:43 PM

Ok here’s the breakdown of male loneliness Is it deserved? No, the same way being born disabled or being born in a third world country isn’t “deserved” by those who experience it Is it something to show sympathy and empathy for? Of course! Is there a solution to it? Yes, that person works to make themselves more attractive. Is that solution GUARANTEED a positive outcome? No Is it anybody else’s fault? No. Does anybody else owe them sex and companionship? No.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 05:42 PM
39

My guy in the anecdote does not care that she replaced him She asked him the past few days and he couldn’t? SHE asked him? He’s attractive and as a man who has the luxury of being asked out by a woman definitely has other options on the go lol
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 05:33 PM
1

No, its not freedom when someone has to have sex with people they dislike, because its not consensual
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 05:30 PM

Women were not genuinely in love with the common working man lol
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 05:29 PM
1

Ok?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 05:28 PM
0

No, freedom in this context is a womans right to say no and not have sex with somebody she doesn’t want to. If there is a man and nobody on planet earth wants consensual sex with him, then that guys not gona be having sex without a gross violation of somebody’s bodily autonomy. Sucks to be him but thats the truth. And it applies across all of society. So men who nobody wants to have sex with, yeah, thats it until you can get someone to want it with you.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 04:45 PM

It works exactly the same backwards yes, if no man wants to have sex with a particular woman. There is literally NOTHING selfish about a woman not having sex with somebody.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 04:42 PM
0

Literally just think women absolutely should have the freedom to not have a penis belonging to a man they’re not attracted to inside their vagina If that caused a “problem” for some men then those men need to reevaluate whats going on
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 04:14 PM
0

No you fool, what im saying is that if you put an average looking guy next to a physically attractive man, and they both do the same task and the hot guy fumbles it but the average guy doesn’t, and you then ask women which man is more physically attractive, then they will say the PHYSICALLY ATTRACTIVE man is hotter They may be more impressed by the average guys competence, or even believe him to be a better relationship prospect, but they’re biologically attracted to the hot guy Your unwarranted…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 04:12 PM

Its a problem for that particular man yes, but nobody else, as if it was a problem for somebody else that person would have sex with them
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 04:08 PM

Its a problem for the store But by definition of nobody going to that store its not a problem for anybody else
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 04:07 PM
9

Well unfortunately they will not experience that. There’s no “end” to how good or bad your luck can be. You’re not really guaranteed anything in life. You could be born the son of a billionaire and have amazing genetics You could be a cripple born in gaza and never touch a woman and die a horrible death very young An average man living a life of solitude in the western world but with relative comfort is actually probably quite high on the scale of “how good do I have it”
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 04:05 PM
1

Imagine being in a relationship with a woman who lowered her standards for you lol
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 03:06 PM
3

I’m not weirdly defensive, you’re weirdly defensive about claiming the contrary. Ask any woman aged 18 to 35 on the street and they’ll say they like attractive men. Its not some weird conspiracy. Its not even slightly out dated, its VERY out dated to think any given young woman will be like “i dont care how hot they are if theyre funny and just themselves” if you ask them. Nobody had penalised young women for liking attractive men for years.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 03:05 PM
5

Its not bullshit, anyone can say “you’re talking bullshit” as a lazy counter argument Physical attraction is literally based on your body and face, your physical self A man can act in ways that are attractive and be attractive in their actions and words, but physical attraction is literally what it says on the tin.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 03:01 PM
2

If beauty standards are manipulated to encompass “more” men or traits that are easier to attain/less rare, (not sure hoe you think thats possible but ok) then all that’s going to happen is inflation. Now there’s WAY more competition and women always go for the best they can get. They don’t sit there and go “i’m average so I should be happy with average” they literally pool to the top then compromise bit by bit until they settle or just opt out and stay single
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 02:59 PM
5

No it literally doesn’t It makes them higher value and a more attractive prospect but the man himself is not more physically or sexually attractive, his assets are
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 02:51 PM
5

No, it does not add to their physical attractiveness lol. It adds to their value sure, but not their sexual attractiveness. Those are two totally different things.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 02:50 PM
5

No, sitting inside a nice car does not make a man more physically attractive to women. It does not. More materially attractive, but not physically attractive. An ugly woman with a PS5 Pro in her hands saying “come here boy and push my buttons and I’ll let you push these buttons” may be more materialistically attractive to me but shes not making me any harder by associating herself with an inanimate object which is all a car is
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 02:29 PM
6

No its not. This is like a plasma tv from 2003 with an image burned in. Sorry, if “I just want women to be honest!” Is the complaint you like to hang on, cos it’s out dated. They are honest. They like attractive man. There is no stigma or hiding this going on. It’s been open discourse for YEARS by now. Yes women like attractive men and are open about it. Now what?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 02:03 PM
2

I’m sorry but I actually want to push back on this. Dating age men in the western world between ages 18 - 35, no, you DON’T see many average or short men in relationships day to day. It’s definitely dwindling. Older middle aged couples yeah, from a by gone era. But that’s just the way it is. Individuals need to become better than average, that’s the solution.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 01:55 PM

Name one
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 01:45 PM

This is the answer
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 01:44 PM

Adonis looks like a 2025 calvein klein male model Society cannot influence women enough to find unattractive traits in men attractive. It’s a total myth. Poor women in struggling times saw fat men and thought “money, food” they didn’t get wet.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 01:43 PM
5

If you don’t know that by 2025 then you’re heads in the sand Maybe it was being denied 15 years ago but not this generation lol, the stigma of women wanting attractive men and hiding that died years ago. It’s a huge complaint the manosphere makes constantly that just seems like it’s lagged massively or something as it’s simply not relevant now
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 01:39 PM

I think Woman A should be allowed to have sex with the Man entirely based on her own choice and Woman B should fuck off I think Woman A’s lack of enthusiasm for sex with the man is due to finding him unattractive. I think it’s entirely within his power to change this.

Ok? Yeah, probably, and?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 05:26 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 05:17 PM

Its men she is attracted to Like, why would that be omitted. “Yeah I just want a nice good man who does’t abuse me, don’t care if they’re attractive or not” How often is that ever said
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 05:10 PM

She said no because she’s not attracted Thats it
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 04:43 PM

You dont really have a point though so
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 04:21 PM
3

You’re comparing women’s sexual autonomy to ramps for wheelchairs dude Like I don’t know what to say
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 04:20 PM

I think sexless men is a byproduct of womens RIGHTFUL freedom to not choose them. That’s literally it. Everybody is free in this scenario and not being violated, coerced or controlled. It’s pure freedom of choice. “Do you want to have sex with me.” “No” That’s it. No harm, no infringement on anybody’s rights.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 03:52 PM
0

It’s a real thing. So what? Therefore they shouldn’t have the freedom to choose? You’re focused on discrediting women’s agency.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 03:48 PM
4

There’s nothing selfish about somebody rejecting somebody because they don’t want to have sex with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 03:34 PM
0

There’s nothing selfish about somebody rejecting somebody because they don’t want to have sex with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 03:34 PM
2

They are not choosing to But some people are implying their choice is second to the problem that is male loneliness
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 03:28 PM
4

The answer to a man not attracting women is to become more attractive, yes
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 03:23 PM
-1

No - I am talking about this “I am lonely and nobody wants to have sex with me, this is a problem” No it’s not. It’s women exercising their freedom. It’s the opposite of a problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 03:01 PM
2

No, the depression is a problem or their own personal issues are a problem. People deciding to NOT have sex with them is NOT a problem. A human beings choice as to who they have sex with is not a problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 02:56 PM
4

Its not a “problem” if the only solution is violation of somebody right to consent Male sexlessness is not a problem. As the “solution” is horrific.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 02:55 PM
-4

Its not a problem at all It means women who don’t want to have sex with that man aren’t being forced to His lack of sex is a symptom of women’s right to freedom and choice and control of their bodies actually being in effect. If a man who nobody WANTED to have sex with was having sex, somethings gone wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 02:19 PM

Not letting you into their vagina is not something being done to you my guy
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 11:07 PM

Ye so?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 05:04 PM

Whats that got to do with “asking for a relationship”
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 04:48 PM

Nobody is saying that
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 04:38 PM

Preventing a woman from her right to NOT have sex with somebody she doesn’t want to is not the equivalent of a man not being able to find somebody who wants to fuck him lol
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 03:18 PM

No, the equivalent would be men shaming women for going for their personal preferences - Not NOT having sex with people they don’t want to
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 03:17 PM

Its not an issue. Its literally the reverse of oppression or aggression.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 02:43 PM

Hows that relevant
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 02:35 PM

What do you mean
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 01:19 PM

Its not a resource, its a VOLUNTARY interaction between two people
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 12:58 PM

Yes but its them as an individual thats making them unattractive, not because they’re male
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 12:24 PM

Well not really, it doesn’t change the reality of the situation
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 12:24 PM

Its not a male issue its an individual issue Men are having sex with women. Poor men, rich men, black men, asian men. Its not a male issue.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 11:47 AM

We’re not gona go extinct because a segment of society isn’t having sex You cannot rape somebody for the good of the species regardless of the mental gymnastics
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 11:45 AM

No, sexual access is not an inanimate object or a resource - its somebody letting man they dont want touching them inside their vagina
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 11:41 AM

No they’re not entitled to a job And men are definitely not entitled to sex, because that means forcing a woman who doesn’t want another mans penis in her to take it The comparison is WORLDS apart
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 11:25 AM

False equivalence Your entitlement to violate a womans body with unwanted sexual acts is not the same as racial discrimination
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 11:17 AM

Water is an inanimate substance Access to a woman’s reproductive organs is a violation if deemed an entitlement that’s enforced
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 10:59 AM

Those things cannot be compared to access to a womans sexual organs
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/25 10:58 AM

The comment I replied to tried to make a point by using two scenarios of which were both, almost unbeknownst to the commenter, situations upon which women lose autonomy of their sexual organs Its almost as if you guys can’t comprehend men NOT controlling a womans body as being anything but oppressive to men somehow?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/25 07:00 PM
6

“I had two model friends (of which are usually androgynous and weird looking in real life) who didn’t behave this way on super old apps half a generation ago” Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/25 05:54 PM
1

Happens a lot
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/25 05:40 PM

Comment makes no sense
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/25 05:39 PM

Abortions - men trying to control womens vaginas Sexual socialism - men trying to control womens vaginas Women just want control over their own vaginas, unreasonable?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/25 04:40 PM
4

Its NOT a good relationship with average joe though, how could it be, he’s pure “meh”
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/25 03:17 PM

I think women are moving toward getting over the idea of settling and simply staying single and we’ll see much more of that in the years to come
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/25 01:31 PM
4

Its a commercial gym with thousands of members with many different job types NOT going to the gym is niche now Its like saying “people who use instagram are niche” No they’re not, neithers the place I work
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/25 05:06 PM
4

Going to the gym is pretty common now dude its not the 80’s anymore
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/25 05:03 PM
5

I dunno what to tell you pal We have lawyers, doctors, police officers, teachers, people who work at the macdonalds across the road, people who are stationed at the local air force base, sales people, unemployed people Its a commercial gym, it has the same clientele as your average walmart which is pretty much most people unless they’re very rich or very poor
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/25 04:20 PM
2

Its not a nice space Its about as niche as a walmart
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/25 04:15 PM
4

Yea, and lots more shitty behaviour happens than you’re clearly privy to
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/25 04:14 PM
5

Well it is a good cross section of the population. Its a commercial gym. There are gym bros and influencers, there are also vets and doctors and fast food workers and teachers (VERY promiscuous from my experience) and police and athletes
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/25 04:13 PM
9

I also worked in a white collar sales job and it was pretty prevalent at the work summer and Christmas parties where all the offices came together at a hotel
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/25 04:11 PM
1

Yes, I did, what’s your point?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/25 04:10 PM
0

I don’t think so, as the cross section of people is very varied - it has to be to sustain a large membership base at low cost
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/25 04:01 PM
2

Theres no system, its freedom of choice or not, those are the only systems Attraction is biologically determined
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/25 01:24 PM
2

Why vent
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/25 01:23 PM
1

Why
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/25 12:37 PM
10

Welcome to 2025 baby
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/25 09:37 PM

They know what they DONT want though
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/25 02:05 PM
-2

So the first link is data that expired after 2019 and the second link says 20 - 29 year olds are getting less sex than ever
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/25 02:04 PM

So you’re just on about forcing women to have sex with men they don’t want to basically You support that
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/25 01:52 PM

Well no, men don’t have the moral or legal right to subjugate women to having sex with them
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/25 01:43 PM
-3

No it means most young dating age people are single and the highest value are rinsing each other for sex It means less sex overall.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/25 01:15 PM
2

Yes true
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/25 01:10 PM

You’re LITERALLY advocating rape
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/25 01:09 PM
18

Yeah, cos it’s exclusive. Its a high barrier for entry. How does this disprove my point?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/25 12:45 PM
5

Yes and now it’s CHANGED
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/25 12:40 PM
9

Doesn’t though does it
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/25 12:40 PM

If the cure to starvation was non consenting sex then yes, I’d say exactly that Mans desire or even need for sex does not proceed woman’s right to not be touched
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/25 12:36 PM
2

Thank you for your substantial input
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/25 12:27 PM
14

“Particularly as they age” That’s my point. What you’re basing this off is the result of the dating landscape ten years ago. Older people and established couples from before things changed. If you take the current dating scene, fast forward it ten years, it will look very very different
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/25 12:26 PM

Yes
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/25 12:05 AM
1

No, anime pilled friend, I’d wager most women do not want to date a violent man
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 11:34 PM

Well we cannot apply morality to women when it’s chance’s crime, can we
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 11:23 PM

Ok, well we can’t regulate humans of whom its not their fault to atone for natures cruelty, can we
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 11:21 PM
0

So you think because women are protected by police sexless men should be allowed to rape women?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 08:47 PM
1

Cancer victim? Lol what Victim is somebody who has been harmed or wronged or perpetrated by another. Victimisation is to claim a person or group has been wronged somehow. There’s NOTHING immoral about nobody having sex with a man
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 08:36 PM
2

Being a victim implies a perpetrator - but there is nobody to blame here Does it suck? Yeah. Nobody’s denying that.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 08:20 PM
2

No, it REALLY is as simple as nobody has to let you touch their genitals if they don’t want you to. It REALLY is THAT simple.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 08:00 PM
2

This thread is insane
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 07:31 PM
2

You’ve grievance is totally irrelevant to my assertion that a woman not wanting a man to touch their genitals makes the man a victim
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 07:21 PM
2

What’s that got to do with OP
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 07:12 PM
2

Where did I ever say that? You’ve just made up a totally different argument of which I never made
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 07:07 PM
1

wot
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 07:06 PM
3

It is free will Freedom of will is not guarantee of outcome
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 07:06 PM
6

I think it’s because literally MOST people do end up with somebody at least for a period of their life, and it’s simply polite and probably true to say to any given individual that they will eventually find somebody. VERY rarely is a perpetually life long single person NOT somebody who obviously has something clearly wrong with them, even if it’s not obvious straight away.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 06:58 PM
3

Victim implies a perpetrator Nobody is the perpetrator
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 06:18 PM
0

Ye, all correct, and?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 06:17 PM
8

What you’re saying is that fundamentally, it’s immoral not to fuck someone you don’t want to Thats all the mental gymnastics and comparison boils down to
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 02:56 PM
7

No, they’re not morally bankrupt for not having sex with these people
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 02:52 PM
6

Women not having sex with men they don’t find attractive is not the equivalent of abandoning social safety nets, if you believe this sincerely you may potentially actually be dangerous
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 02:23 PM
10

It is moral to be as discriminatory as you want whilst dating. The alternative is to say that you should literally touch and allow those to touch you sexually that you do not want. Thats the definition. It cannot be compared to racism. People aren’t racist because they don’t let another coloured person touch their genitals.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 02:09 PM
1

Why would it NOT be obvious at the very least into your late adolescence
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 11:15 AM
0

No, I think a lot of men KNOW and always knew women liked attractive men, but were just overwhelmingly frustrated that they were not the exception and adored for being super nice, due to their entitlement and blame it on being gaslit
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 09:47 AM
2

That nobody wants to date them THEREFORE they were wronged by society somehow
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 09:03 PM
4

Firstly, women are now out earning men Secondly, you cannot compare the two issues - as one is simply a man not seeing the absolute obvious from a young age and allowing it to inhibit his ability to get a date, whilst the other is institutional discrimination resulting in economical disadvantage Lumping in “i wasnt told being good looking got you women” and custody rights are not the same level and I’m not claiming they are
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 08:37 PM
-1

What do you mean lied to as a child? Did you mother, lol, say “make sure you are a nice kind and decent person and treat women well” or did she say “be nice kind and decent oh and women love ugly guys” Did you all fill in some gaps in your head here Nobody is accountable for a mans total lack of basic social understanding. If you choose to believe an animated film and take your mothers dutiful advice of telling her child not to be an arsehole then I don’t know what to tell ya pall
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 07:56 PM
7

Yes but this is not “an issue affecting men” this is some made up nonsense for sheltered nerds who couldn’t seem to figure out that women are attracted to…plot twist….attractive men It’s not an issue. Its a weird self own if anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 07:54 PM
1

Yes but dude you GROW UP no? You hit 25 years old and now with your fully developed brain look around and go “hmmm yes maybe life isn’t a cartoon” No?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 07:44 PM
2

I have not said women don’t reject men because of their physical appearance….they DEFINITELY do, like, probably the majority of the time Where the hell did you get the impression I didn’t think that And that’s my whole point….it’s incredibly obvious that’s what they look for in a man, as well as status and confidence and excitement. Nobody has gaslit anybody with enough significance to rationally make the case that society made them truly believe the nerd gets the girl. That’s pure delusion
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 07:41 PM
5

I am a man But I do feel a portion of men don’t even know their own entitlement. Like you said, they’re a victim for not being chosen which is wild
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 07:39 PM
1

Why would it not be absolutely ridiculously obvious that if they don’t know you as a person that it’s not physical appearance Like how dumb would you have to be to not deduce that
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 07:28 PM
0

Ok?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 07:23 PM
4

Do these “unattractive” men tend to get the girl at the beginning of this work of fiction of which seems to have more of a hold over these weak minded individuals than actual socialisation, or is it at the end AFTER they’ve gotten the super powers or beaten the system evil ex boyfriend during a CGI filled musical boss battle of which is blatantly make believe? What examples in real life? If it’s so prevalent in real life then what’s the problem? It’s not a lie if its happening in real life then …
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 07:14 PM
1

“You’re not my type” is literally one of the biggest rebuttals to an approach by an unwanted suitor
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 07:06 PM
1

Nobody is blaming Blame is only applied to somebody doing something wrong It’s not anybody’s fault if a man is ugly. But it can be a reason for not finding success.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 07:05 PM
3

I am denying it yeah because it wasn’t true, if you honestly didn’t realise attractive men get the women until your adulthood then the problem IS with you. It’s an INCREDIBLY obvious thing. Why you’d let your mother or an episode of some kids TV show sway your beliefs so much away from the truth is totally beyond me
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 07:03 PM
0

At 5 years old you should not be involving yourself in dating At 15/16 years old, having, y’know, been around other human beings and observing the world for yourself and maybe dated a little, you should have exercised very very VERY basic independence of thought and noticed what was obvious and accepted it instead of blaming disney and mommy well into adulthood
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 07:00 PM
5

How am I? It’s possible to believe that women like attractive men, and that society didn’t overwhelmingly gaslight males into believing that wasn’t true
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 06:56 PM
-3

You were not gas lighted. The fact that nobody found you attractive should have been evidence enough. The fact that attractive confident men got all the women should have been evidence enough. Hell, even as a kid I made the basic observation that all my friends dads were tall guys. To somehow let cartoons and mommy totally override what’s evident in the rest of the entire world is nobodys fault but your own weak character
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 06:51 PM
2

No, they have dating issues because they’re not attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 06:49 PM
2

What’s that got to do with my OP
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 06:48 PM
1

Why does it matter why somebody rejects you If you want to date you should be making yourself as attractive as possible anyway, so the feedback is irrelevant
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 06:47 PM
0

Nobody lied to you And if you believed whoever said that being attractive and confident were not what got you women, when literally you had the entire world around you as evidence to the contrary, then the onus is on you
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 06:39 PM
3

What’s that got to do with my OP
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 06:38 PM
5

I think maybe it’s a self fulfilling situation. If you’re the kind of boy to let disney and your mommy influence how you perceive society, then you’re not going to be the kind of guy to grow up to be attractive as you’re clearly a weak minded mommy coddled child
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 06:37 PM
-6

I don’t get your point dude
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 06:35 PM
1

Who are these people and why did you not simply look at the people around you in life and who they were attracted to, and think for yourself. You’re putting the onus of your own inability to register the incredibly obvious
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 06:33 PM
-4

Why would you let any one tv show where a nerd got the woman influence you at all? How PAINFULLY mommied do you have to be to grow up constantly being told that “just be kind and true child and the pretty girl will love you” And women are not hiding the fact they like attractive confident sociable guys. It’s just the total opposite of the truth. Nobody is hiding the fact that that’s what they like. Some incredibly weak and impressionable boys in this sub
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 06:30 PM
2

The fact that Disney had any impact at all on their social landscape is pathetic tbh We’re supposed to be men lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 06:22 PM
4

Its not “victim” blaming You are not a victim because you didn’t realise that women are obviously attracted to attractive men lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 06:21 PM
-2

It’s not instinctive It’s glaringly obvious in the very society and media and social circles they claim has been gas lighting them
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 05:52 PM
3

Why are they to blame Did you literally have absolutely no agency and independent thought and observational ability whatsoever or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 05:51 PM
0

Why was this not obvious from a very very young age though. It’s literally never been hidden.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 04:45 PM
-1

It’s literally a main talking point that “society and women aren’t honest” about what they want. I mean, it’s the entire concept of the red pill. That it’s unveiling some hidden truth.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 04:44 PM
7

It’s BLATANTLY clear who gets women and why though. Thats my point. And it’s never been a secret. If you need things spelled out literally then you may have more going on than a simple case of being “gaslit”
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 04:43 PM
4

Do the guys who got all the girls seem like the kind of guys who listened to their mommys word like it was gospel. Naturally “boysome” boys who get most of the action were not soft little mommys boys.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 04:41 PM

There’s a specific subsection of men who get extra frustrated in the dating scene because they genuinely think they’re attractive but the results don’t reflect that. They tend to be just under 6 foot, dark hair, dark eyes, face looks alright in a generic way and they have a weirdly mid physique that they mistake for decent - either awkwardly slightly fat or the unsexy side of skinny. It’s the kinda guy whose grandmother genuinely believes is handsome and tells him. They’re not “ugly” they just h…

/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/25 05:11 PM

Wrong, they are fine with it because it’s been the norm for years If you say “you like attractive guys who don’t chase you” to a young woman in 2025 they’d just look at you like “….yeah?”

Women who date get this concept of a man that’s not real that is a combination of great features from other guys she’s dated. They are chasing a dragon of an idea of a man that doesn’t exist. Ah, yes. Frankenchad.

/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/25 09:34 AM
1

Lol what have relationships gotta do with anything These women aren’t playing house with hot mixed raced dudes
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/25 08:48 PM
1

Yes, over white. It’s hard to explain, but women view sexuality a bit differently. “He looks like a perfect beautiful muscular strong jawed white man” Just doesn’t have the same “kick” as “masculine muscular dark skinned bad boy” There’s also “the” stereotype about black and mixed raced guys as well. Genuinely, the “handsome” tall white guy archetype is weirdly A-sexual. Trust me way more girls are into it than you realise or will let on publicly
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/25 05:32 PM
1

It’s more than a niche appeal, I’d go so far as to say it’s mostly preferred and also, low key, something a lot of white women - especially pretty feminine “good girls” have as a fixed standard
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/25 03:29 PM
3

Sub MASSIVELY over estimates the traditional white guy archetype and underestimates mixed race/black guys appeal to white women

If you’re not chad she’s getting chadded whether she’s with you or not whether you like it or not and whether you know it or not between the ages of 22 and 30 anyway bro
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/24 10:39 AM

It is normalised that exciting attractive men are sought after though. 2013 called.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/24 01:10 PM

They wont, it will be harder to pair
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/24 01:08 PM

Out dated sentiment. Nobody under 30 had a problem talking about looks as a deal breaker
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/24 01:07 PM

Ye, and there will be less women per man if more men are considered attractive…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/24 12:12 PM

How do we know they were attracted? Our parents generation seemed miserable together
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/24 12:11 PM

Take a stereotypically attractive man from 2024 and he’d sweep up in any time period ever
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/24 11:00 AM

Post review! First part, relatively coherent and strongly laid out hypothesis But post soon descends into unintelligible rambling, something about coffee and 50/50
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 09:14 PM
1

How is it societies fault? If you believe you’re only lonely because of cultural trends then let me tell you, if culture swung so that less attractive men were now attractive, you’d have even more competition and it would probably be harder
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 07:33 PM
1

Imagine being with a woman to whom you only just about cleared the minimum attraction threshold because somehow society managed to convince her that you were somehow viscerally attractive to her in a way you weren’t before. I won’t even bother with your minimum wage straw man. It makes absolutely no sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 07:02 PM
7

If you can’t make yourself attractive, then that’s it. Game over. Society can’t “answer” you into being loved.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 06:42 PM
1

Let’s say “media and culture” somehow convinced women that more men were physically attractive. Now you’ve just got more men to compete against.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 06:39 PM
0

Ok, and only you can make yourself fit those narrow parameters. It’s sink or swim dude.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 06:33 PM
6

But if somehow “society” managed to make more men appear attractive (how I have no clue) then you’d just be competing with even more men, who are now, barely, above the minimum threshold for attraction
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 06:30 PM
3

But then you’d just be competing with even more men, who are now, barely, above the minimum threshold for attraction
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 06:29 PM
5

You didn’t make a counter point, you seemingly quoted (maybe) something else out of context? I’m not sure what that means. ANYWAY no society can’t make another individual find you attractive. That’s down on you buddy.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 06:20 PM
10

You are the only person who can, and if you can’t, then that is literally. Love was not meant for you. And that’s nobody’s fault nor obligation to remedy.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 06:18 PM
3

You’re saying that society didn’t accommodate and encourage your ex acting like a child, and therefore he killed himself. A grown man acting like a child is something that requires psychological help, if he’s doing it in public to the extent that NOT able to means he can’t bear to live then he clearly wanted to exist in a way that required help. What was it society wasn’t letting him do and how was society suppressing it?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 06:08 PM
3

Not really, it is entirely down to you. It’s you that somebody needs to be attracted to. How is anybody else but you going to achieve that?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 06:02 PM
10

Imagine “My partner never used to find me attractive, but societal discourse was massively shunted and now she sorta finds me attractive” You’d be NOWHERE NEAR her first choice. And her attraction to you would be weak.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 05:47 PM
1

Why did society not facilitate your ex acting like a child? Isn’t that obvious?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 05:39 PM
5

A relationship is formed of two individuals attracted to each other. Society cannot make one person love another.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 05:37 PM
6

No, they can’t. Imagine that “my wife never looked at me twice but society swung the discourse and now we’re together” Relationship as brittle as dry straw. If you need society to tell you not to be fat then it’s over for you already
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 05:27 PM
7

Nobody else can do it for you bro
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 05:25 PM
1

What? All I got from your reply was your ex acted like a kid so he killed himself?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 05:20 PM
3

A woman who only wants 10/10 everything isn’t going to be swayed to love a man by tik tok trends and height statistically analysis on reddit
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 04:42 PM
13

If you took the most stereotypically attractive man in the world now in 2024 and put him in the 1950’s he’d still absolutely slay with women.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 04:35 PM

They are honest

I’m sorry, who ELSES fault is that?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 04:18 PM
14

It’s 2024, nobody on any format that reaches dating age individuals is pushing the narrative that attraction doesn’t matter. People in their mid twenties and below are actually brutally honest about this. And if you’re older then you’re almost embarrassingly naive and should know better tbh (though autism can factor into this and can’t be helped)
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 04:18 PM

This plays into my point. A woman has to have a surplus of attraction to you for it to work. It can’t just be “oh, now the instagram meta is that 6’2 is standard so she’d be with me if it wasn’t for her friends thinking I was perfect besides those two inches I don’t have.” No, for a relationship to work or for there to be enough stability, there needs to be a lot of attraction towards you on a fundamental level. These small adjustments in society are not enough to sway what would have been a rel…

So you think some woman is going to to on reddit, read a debate, and go “oh, I see the contradiction now” and suddenly is going to not only be now attracted to guys she wasn’t before, but attracted enough to not cheat or end it within a few weeks? The ability to attract a mate, which is what this entire thing is about, is down to any given individual alone. Nobody can do it for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 03:22 PM

You cant protest a woman into wanting to sleep with you
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 02:34 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/24 08:09 PM

“Societal issues” = I am unable to attract a mate Society can’t help you there pal, keep squawking.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/24 06:22 PM

….in this case, you either either figure that out yourself, or keep whining People can only tell you “nobody is coming to fix your dating life” so many times.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/24 06:21 PM

Well, besides that, it truly serves no purpose. You will not gain a single thing out of it. I mean maybe you might get some acknowledgment of empathy (pity) but…..man…..is that really what you want? To be the guy who gets “empathy”
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/24 05:36 PM

OP states that “deserve” has nothing to do with it.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/24 03:30 PM

There comes a point in the natural world, in a survival situation, where a living thing stops crying or moaning or squawking or howling or whimpering, and it goes deadly silent. This is the moment that in it’s core being, it really understands and realises that NOTHING is coming to help it, ever. It’s mother, it’s pride, it’s herd, it’s friends. Nothing. It is fully alone and in charge of whether it lives or dies. From then on it remains silent and it’s energy is diverted entirely to survival an…

Because masculinity is mostly defined what women respond to sexually
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/24 10:20 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/24 02:46 PM

Yeah seeing distinctly attractive women with a partner is rarer than seeing an average woman with a partner. If I ever see an average man with a girlfriend she tends to be below average
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/24 01:40 PM
1

Can’t say I disagree with your perspective pal
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/24 11:30 AM
12

Well I would agree that it’s only a problem depending on how you look at it. If the majority of western adults being in a monogamous relationship is something you’d consider positive, then it’s a problem. And there can be a problem without a solution. It’s very hard to ethically put the cat back in the bag as I agree free will is important and women should never be forced to date anybody they don’t want to. But it can still be a problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/24 11:08 AM

A lot of men still can’t get past the idea that some women, much like some men, genuinely get off on being bad or doing things that are bad for them. It’s the risk itself that’s exciting and arousing. A woman allowing herself to be totally taken by a bad man she shouldn’t be seen anywhere near? It’s hot. The BADNESS is hot.

No. This is what happens. A man is scrolling through insta or a dating app. He sees a very attractive woman. He engages with her briefly, be it a like or a swipe right or a quick thirsty message. But it’s blind firing over a wall. It’s playing the lottery. It’s a pipe dream. And he knows this. And he’s not really bothered by the lack of reciprocity. So he keeps scrolling or swiping. He sees a MUCH less attractive woman, maybe at his or slightly below his level. He engages, maybe a message or a l…

/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/24 03:06 PM

The only evidence for PUA’s having success is the disgusting youtube videos that “companies” like Real Social Dynamics used to post, which were edited videos of guys preying on exclusively drunk women, cutting the footage to make it look like their game got them the result. That’s it.

We condescend women by pretending that their attraction mechanisms are any different to mens. Men also like a woman’s personality. But we are sexually attracted to them because they’re attractive. The only variance is women find a lot less men physically attractive. So we try and explain it as women being more attracted to personality. Nope, it’s because there’s a lot less men who are physically attractive so we explain away the vast discrepancy with “women value personality” Women will put up w…

Do you think mid age whore phase is a thing
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/24 08:52 AM

I suppose my point is, that if you’re correct, the quality of men who can’t pick and choose who they want is getting higher, as I have noticed more and more bonafide good looking young men with older women in recent times
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/24 08:52 AM
1

Not really, dating age males are much taller than the average man, and in terms of dating 5 foot 9 IS short, it just is
/r/PurplePillDebate27/08/24 08:11 PM
-7

Well 5 foot 9, regardless of whatever statistic your going to try and spout, IS short for a western man
/r/PurplePillDebate27/08/24 01:51 PM

I think women who are the gatekeepers of sexuality and reproduction instinctively know that “average” men aren’t meant to be having sex and be given the opportunity to reproduce. And that manifests itself in many different ways.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 03:12 PM
-2

Its 2024. If he started out not tall then he’s never getting a hoe phase regardless of what he does
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/24 02:46 PM

Yeah but you need that AND to be hot. You can’t “cool” your way into true desire from a girl in 2024. You gotta be somebody they can show off and cum to because you’re physically attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/24 12:10 PM

No, it’s not part of attractiveness, it’s part of at best not giving her another reason to reject you.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/24 11:10 AM

Women haven’t learnt anything, it’s just that, especially younger women with iphone boosted options, have so much choice of hot men that game just bounces off them now like water on a ducks back.

No, that’s like saying a football game doesn’t work because their side didn’t win. The games just the game. And those people would make that choice outside of the realm of tinder also
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/24 03:52 PM

No. Women, like men, have sexual preferences. They will be physically having sex and looking at these people. Your security or confidence is not fuckable or something they can see or post on instagram. They like to be attracted to the men they fuck and get into relationships with. We can’t override this preference by hacking their minds and feelings by “passing the shit test of not being big dicked or tall” You can’t substitute attraction with “passing a shit test” lol Like I said, it’s old scho…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/24 03:28 PM

They’d rather you be six foot though. It’s massively condescending and also not true that you can somehow override womens preferences just through sheer will of confidence alone. They like to enjoy sex physically and get turned on visually by the man doing it. And that’s fine. The idea of “if I prove I’m secure she’ll be as attracted to me as guys who actually have the goods” is some real out of date stuff
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/24 03:10 PM

I am speculating that maybe the reason I don’t deify women is because of how I viewed my mother, and extending that speculation out towards others and their own experience. I am not announcing that I that’s 100 percent what caused that. I don’t really get the point of your comments
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 05:53 PM
1

Well most men are followers, most men don’t get much sex and most men complain.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 04:59 PM
1

I say I believe my mothers behaviour may have been a big factor in me not deifying women. Nothing about treating them badly. Nothing about some kinda origin story. And the post isn’t even about me, that’s an example I lead with to discuss the topic at hand
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 04:52 PM
1

Well the broader thing going on is most men are beta’s and followers. They’re just cancelling themselves out as beta’s naturally do. It’s pretty in line with things. As I said, other men ignore these influences and are strong enough to do things their own way. Women like that.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 04:44 PM
1

Doesn’t that just make you a easily influenced follower - a literal beta male. As there are other men who ignore society and rules and just do their own thing and tread their own path
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 04:38 PM
1

Right, well am I saying my experience is some kinda cool man making origin story or am I inviting discussion about how parental relationships affect our attitudes towards dating and gender?

/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/23 01:31 PM

Men are more romantic for individual women. They will day dream about a specific woman and often go to almost insane levels to try and deliver a woman a romantic experience. Women day dream about themselves at the centre of a romantic experience, the guy is often just a faceless chad in their fantasies
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/23 12:21 PM

I’ve actually come full circle on this. Some negative emotions and drama can foster excitement and attraction and tension. Complaining and being a cry baby and being soft and apologetic are categorically going to dry women up. But the amount of times women grovel to a man who has lost his temper with them or who “hates himself and pushes me away” that seems to result in a weird almost toxic yet sexually charged dynamic. Just don’t be boring. That should be rule number one.

Often a headshot with a handgun, or even shotgun in the mouth, may not only not grant a quick death but sometimes not even kill you

There will be a cataclysm big enough to de-rail another 50-100 years of “people going to work, living in houses, spending time with family on weekends” We’ve been living in a bubble. Our parents probably had the sweetspot. We’re the ones who are going to have to live through the adjustment period and what children we have over the next decade or two will be fairly used to the new reality, however that may look, by the time they’re adult (and the idea of a nuclear family with white picket fence w…

I think it’s when the mojo was great then boom no mojo for the best part of a year and it’s like…..what
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/23 05:57 PM
2

I’m pretty sure it’s because I don’t escalate like I used to, and now I’m 32 just don’t feel the urgency to try and fuck straight away. I dunno, maybe my T is dropping or something
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/23 05:40 PM
2

My matches are high and with attractive women which is great, but I’m finding I myself for some reason am less proactive at escalation etc, leading to friend zone with ones i keep in contact with and far less sex then previously
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/23 04:19 PM

Ye funnily enough my “drought” came after a relationship with a very emotionally unwell girl

No you’re right I’m sure they’re all men of depth, nuance, with interesting characters a keen sense of humour and well read to boot. (Nothing against these guys I’m sure they’re all perfectly decent)
/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/23 03:26 PM

Hows that going to apply to women not wanting them
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 10:45 PM
1

How are you going to “complain” women into be attracted to you. It does the opposite
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 04:00 PM
1

Even if its “fair” to complain it’s not productive. Literally screaming into the void. At what point do you throw your childhood away and start taking accountability
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 03:39 PM
1

Complaining isn’t helping them is it, so you’re right
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 03:19 PM

Yeah as do most people. This is normal. OP doing dat dere kindergarten PUA

/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/23 11:31 PM
1

Well no, it just shows most men are not attractive. That’s my point, the distribution ISN’T even
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/23 01:34 PM
1

You’re connecting mens attraction to the population of women, I’m saying there’s no actual reason to
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/23 10:45 AM
1

Explain how what I’m saying isn’t true?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/23 12:06 AM
3

No. Man being sexless is WAY less inhumane than rape. They do not compare. And I’m not advocating for men being sterilised. But you can’t force women NOT to “leave” certain men out of the breeding pool
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/23 10:59 PM
1

Them? They’re not people. They’re traits. People find traits attractive, those traits become requirements because they are traits that attract. Traits are not attractive because they’re requirements, they’re attractive first then seen as requirements….like, it’s dead simple to understand
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/23 10:58 PM
1

Ok - traits that are considered attractive, are the “requirements”, BECAUSE they’re attractive. They’re not attractive because they’re requirements.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/23 09:48 PM
-1

The answer, as unfair as it sounds, is MOST men aren’t really meant to breed
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/23 06:56 PM
-2

“Requirements” which are set by what is attractive. Attractive men exist. The requirements are set by them, because they are attractive. They are not attractive because they are requirements, they are requirements because they’re what’s attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/23 05:15 PM
2

I think even disregarding make up they are. There’s a dissonance between how “picky” women are and how picky we men think they should be. One of us is wrong. And they’re the ones putting their money where their mouth is and literally sharing the best me or choosing to go it alone.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/23 05:13 PM
1

Simply untrue and it’s bizarre and almost borderline offensive in 2023 to perpetuate that narrative
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/23 05:06 PM
0

I’d argue that men don’t value visual attraction more than women. I’d argue women value visual attraction as much if not MORE and they value personality and other factors MORE also
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/23 05:05 PM
5

Well you could say the same about clothes. Most “alright” looking men have skinny fat bodies that are actually almost more repulsive than plain fat ones
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/23 04:58 PM
1

Simply not true at all
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 08:03 PM

If only those men struggling to date in 2023 were more curious and more eager to learn
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 04:55 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 04:20 PM
1

Ok lets say I have. Now what
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 04:20 PM
1

Do you fight the paramedics together do you? And would it have been the case that if you’d not met a man into dead animals you’d have simply remained alone?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 04:15 PM
0

Well my point is it’s all fair, and pretending that personality is more virtuous or a deeper reason for attraction than looks is actually not true. Instead it’s used as more of an excuse or deflection.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 04:13 PM
1

Why would you want somebody to learn and grow and evolve and explore and mature over two or more decades? wot
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 04:06 PM
2

But none of this is really that unique or of profundity. And why is somebody’s interest in dead animal stuffing and fighting paramedics any more virtuous than looks?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 04:05 PM
1

Not really, its very true for the most part
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 04:04 PM
-4

Let me tell you. And a lot of people’s ego’s are gona be hurt by this. Everybody is pretty much into the same shit.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 03:47 PM
-3

Somebody’s personality remaining the same for decades is not the flex you think it is
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 03:39 PM
-1

Not thinking about something doesn’t mean that thing isn’t there or true
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 03:23 PM
5

You said if you’re dating a hot girl you need to get used to them being hit on all the time and then go on to say hot girls settle because men don’t hit on them. wot
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/23 12:41 AM
7

Well that depends on the ratio of answers
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/23 09:31 PM
9

Well not really, if you say no thats not my experience, but more replies echo my sentiment or vice versa then it’s a good cross section of observation. I’m not asking you personally lol, but the entire sub
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/23 09:14 PM
4

But why have the women they’re with not learnt that lol
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/23 09:05 PM
6

Because they feel uncomfortable admitting theyre not compassionate or doing something wrong whilst also at the same time genuinely not caring and actually being repulsed by it so it’s kinda awkward for them and they’d just rather ignore it
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/23 03:55 PM
-1

More men in the west in their 20’s are over 6 foot than not.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/23 03:52 PM

Like I said, you gotta make yourself look like a rectangle head on top of a upside down triangle
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/23 03:49 PM

Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 02:59 AM
1

That unironically makes me feel happy for them
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 02:54 AM
1

Yeah but you can get it. You cant get height and handsome. Thats whats valued now.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/23 01:34 PM
1

Its cheap because it’s more attainable than being handsome or tall
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 11:04 PM
1

Ok so if you’ve read my OP, you’ll know I work in a gym…..and it isn’t as the janitor And you don’t know if I do or don’t have an active sex life, so your ad hominem attacks are also baseless and meaningless, and maybe projecting a little bit also And my OP is stating women don’t value muscles that much anymore, more so height and face. So what’s working out to look good for girls makes you a “punk ass simp” got to do with anything? Lotta pent up weird energy here pal
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 07:18 PM
1

Whats self belief got to do with it
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 07:14 PM
1

My guy very defensive
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 06:34 PM
1

So you’re essentially saying that your comment is irrelevant to my OP as I’m talking about muscularity and you’re talking about exercising to have a healthy functioning body, something else entirely
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 06:33 PM
1

Yeah but why does it give you confidence and why do you want to be ripped, if the way it looks is irrelevant as you’re doing it for you? What is the confidence it gives you for? If it’s just for you why is confidence relevant to anything, as it’s only you involved? Its just for you right?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 06:25 PM
0

Whys looking good relevant if it’s for yourself. And if you’re training for hypertrophy to the extent that you’re jacked….you’re rarely ever feeling good
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 04:38 PM
1

Ye its pretty standard for everyone below 40 now
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 02:55 PM
-3

Cool, but I have a question. Besides obviously being overweight and getting back to a healthy weight - WHY exactly would you get lean and muscular “for yourself” Im starting to feel like that’s just a virtue signalling buzzterm. If I was in a I Am Legend scenario and was living alone and nobody else could ever see me, I’d simply have a functional body, not ab lean, and not muscular. Just a healthy body to live in and survive. Why then would you get lean and muscular and diet down and train your …
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 01:56 PM
16

Muscles are fine but from what I’m observing they’re becoming a bit “2019” Lanky guys are way more in right now, or just big framed guys. The definition or muscularity is a cherry on top but not the prime cause of attraction. Women are valuing more immutable traits now.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 09:39 PM
1

Well sure, but it’s taken away game, basically, literally all average man had bar becoming chad.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 06:00 PM
2

Its not about should or shouldnt, its that basically push pull game was the only leg up for average men and now that game has been foiled
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 05:35 PM
12

Yes, you’ve succinctly articulated my point much better than my OP, thanks
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 04:49 PM

Rectangular head wide shoulders and narrow waist
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 02:38 PM
1

You’re right. In todays dating era most people’s dads wouldn’t have had a chance at securing their mother. Culture and society and female oppression created a bunch of artificially propped up family units. Maybe newfound freedom to mate with who they desire is natures way of women realigning the gene pool
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/23 09:01 PM
7

Its not expecting chad, its being literally unable to feel arousal for much less. If they land him, great, if they dont, either single or low key disappointment with some guy for a while
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/23 07:11 PM
2

No, ego or not, it’s a visceral attraction that women lack for men they’re not aroused by. It’s as if people don’t actually believe women about this, but it’s true. It’s literally akin to a straight man forcing himself to be gay. No amount of humbling or reflection can change that. A woman cannot introspect her vagina into getting wet for a man.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/23 03:05 PM
33

The taller and more like a rectangle sat on top of a triangle you are as a man the better 99.9 percent of the time
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/23 02:56 PM

Egos, realism, they’ll both feel like they settled. The only cure is avoiding that scenario and being alone or dating somebody you desire

The literal ONLY decider as to whether its “enough” is if a woman chooses to be with them. It’s not like you work and build up imaginary points that one day translate into “now you deserve a partner” No, it takes two sentient beings to tango.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 05:27 PM
2

Easy to say, hard to say, it’s still the truth as hard as it may seem
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 05:18 PM
4

They can’t find partners because they are not appealing enough for a woman to want to voluntarily be with them. Whatever they’re doing, despite how much they may feel is enough, is not enough, so do more or sink. That’s literally it.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 05:14 PM
1

Ok then if that is truly holding them back beyond salvaging then they’re shit outta luck, they’ve hit a dead end and will just have to find other purposes in life
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 05:12 PM
1

Ok, well if it doesn’t vanish their desire to find a partner maybe they should harness it to make themselves desirable?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 05:02 PM

Ok? Surely that proves my point

Well the alternative is some sort of sexual communism which is sexist and oppressive and not only that, imagine being the guy shes FORCED to be with not the guy who she wants to be with

20

Date us or we riot is it? Whats less attractive than that
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 02:32 PM
3

Women should be free to date who they want. Men should be free to date who they want. This means two people need to choose each other due to attraction, which is determined by biology. Your implication is BECAUSE our choices are driven by biology, other human beings should impose restrictions and impede freedoms of who chooses to willingly couple up, or not couple up. No.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 02:26 PM
3

So because women are selective in a free dating market to pursue those they’re attracted to men should rape them should they? I’m certainly not saying that. Is that what you’re saying??!
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 02:02 PM
6

No, I do not indirectly advocate rape, and you trying to connect them is a bit of a weird leap. And the reason anyone is attracted to anyone is because of biology. What a bizarre thing to say.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 01:46 PM
4

Literally means the same thing. “2 is twice as much as 1” “No, 1 is half as much as 2”
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 01:37 PM
2

Why do we support biological preferences in dating? Because the opposite is to restrict freedom and engineer relationships, and control women and sexuality, you know, like (picks random evil from a hat just like you did with the nazis) the Taliban? So now women dating men their minds and bodies tell them to instinctively and the freedom to do so is nazism is it? And the moral equivalent to rape? Listen to yourself
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 01:32 PM
5

Human beings aren’t a resource or a product to consume. Sex, companionship, love, friendship - all require another sentient human being with free will to participate. You can’t distribute this or control this like a currency or rice. It’s one of the few things people are TRULY entirely responsible for providing themselves, fair or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 01:26 PM
8

The difference is dating who you want is legal….and rape is not….. Just because rape exists doesn’t mean women shouldn’t be free to date who they find attractive, like what’s your actual point with this have you thought this through?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 12:56 PM
2

What
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 12:32 PM
4

Ok so a woman should go against her biology because men rape, is that you’re point?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 12:32 PM

Because he will end up inside a jail cell
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 12:22 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 11:39 AM

I don’t get your point with this. Justification? Who justified anything?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 11:35 AM

Because she was attracted to him and then wasn’t? Or was gold digging? Like, the answers are obvious
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 11:23 AM

I dunno, they’re pretty numbed with porn, food, drink drugs and starfield at 30 frames per second (lol)
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 11:22 AM

I don’t understand your question. The answer is so obvious I just need you to clarify what you’re actually asking.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 11:10 AM
21

Women care a lot about sex when they’re attracted
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 10:12 AM
-2

No, because it can’t be changed, and the only person who is going to fix whatever issue it caused you is yourself. Holding a raging grudge isn’t going to get you what you want and neither is complaining about it. It’s juvenile and unmasculine and unattractive to just sit on reddit seething because nobody told you straight you weren’t fuckable
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/23 06:34 PM
-2

You’re a grown man. There are PLENTY more wrong doings going on in the world to put first. Regarding this, just acknowledge you were lied to, that you now know the proof, and you are now empowered to live the best way for you. Not hold an emotional grudge cos mommy saif you’d get a girlfriend one day
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/23 04:01 PM
4

How is that not proving feminists right that trp is sexist and seeks to not just enlighten men as free individuals but also organise and oppress?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/23 04:00 PM

Aight imma have to just intervene on an aspect of your comment I see on this sub a lot. MEN adore Henry Cavill. I’ve not seen a woman ever cite him as an example of an attractive man.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/23 02:55 PM
5

The 30 year old in the pic looks OLDER than 30 though lol
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/23 08:35 PM
2

Most women in their early twenties want to date men in their early twenties. Most women in their early 30’s actually prefer men in their late 20’s. Make yourself as hot as possible in your twenties men.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/23 02:57 PM
1

The hell are you on about self reflective humour about the irony of day to day absurdities and such, funny is funny, you can be positive and negative in your humour as long as it lands and isn’t clown humour women, nay, people, find that attractive. A lot of it doesn’t land for young basic women though but when you’re old enough to get good at it (late twenties/thirties) you won’t want younger 18,19,20,21 year olds anyway
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/23 02:43 PM
14

Your entire second paragraph was a lie. If you’re a woman, you don’t see a bunch of ugly guys with good looking girls, you see above average guys who you don’t find attractive because of how selectively high your standards are
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/23 01:49 PM
1

Why would “not working out” be one of your values
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/23 07:05 AM
-2

They want to feel you can do better, otherwise they question their own choice and whether they have settled
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 11:58 PM
1

Why is self improvement pretending? Why is being a worse version of yourself your “true” self?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 08:26 PM
1

Why are you replying to my OP as if I’m disagreeing with you
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 06:41 PM
2

There is no third option. You’re not going to negotiate attraction with women on a mass scale. I mean imagine being the guy she’s only with because of some impossibly massive social and cultural manipulation campaign? Spoilers - the sex won’t be wild. Change, maybe succeed. Don’t change. Things stay the same for you. Two options.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 03:38 PM
1

Yeah but how is doing those things selling out
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 02:57 PM
2

I have nothing to do with you not being attractive pal
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 02:52 PM
2

It aint gona happen lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 02:01 PM
2

Ok thats literally what I say though. If you’re happy alone then don’t change. There’s no right or wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 01:45 PM
1

How would you be selling out by making yourself more attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 09:57 AM
1

How is self improvement a problem then
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 02:03 AM
3

No, I don’t think there’s negative consequences for working on your physique, improving your wardrobe and grooming and getting out there and being more social. Aha. Aha. Ha. Aha. Ha….. Haaaaa…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 01:27 AM
-3

Have you not benefitted from all the positive things you did for yourself? Do you think you’d be any more likely to find a woman if you did none of that?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/23 08:11 PM
0

Well if they won’t change, then maybe men should change, or, recondition themselves to like more attainable women
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/23 07:44 PM
0

Its up to you
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/23 06:10 PM
2

Ok, and the alternative IS?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/23 06:07 PM
7

The only issue is less women find less men attractive then men find women. Women can’t fix that for them.

I’m feeling generous. God speed and good luck, or whatever that other condescending dude says

You cannot just will yourself to be valuable through self affirmation lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/23 06:03 PM

My opinion or not, they can do it or not and gain from it or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/23 04:47 PM

My point is those things don’t make up the core of who you are. They are basic add ons. If you perceive them to be a drastic change of character then it’s on you.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/23 04:47 PM

So the first paragraph was irrelevant
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/23 03:03 AM
1

No disrespect but it’s not the same as a brain born into a female body with female hormones and synaptic wiring. Though thank you for contributing
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 07:52 PM
1

No, what most people consider valuable in a partner is pretty uniform to be honest
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 05:30 PM

At any one time.

Explain the fictional trope of nerd gets the girl in literature…. It doesn’t happen in real life. That’s a big part of the “media and culture lied to us” complaint a lot of men are now making. In real life the nerd does not get the girl. Even the relatively average guy who has one or two low key needy hobbies but apart from that is normal yet unremarkable doesnt get the girl. Hot guy gets the girl in real life
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 02:57 PM
6

The fictional trope is blue pill fantasy. It’s what a lot of men complain about when they refer to lies
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 02:39 PM

This
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 02:31 PM
5

It’s impossible to argue against buts it the actual fact of whats happening
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 02:16 PM

Women pursue by putting themselves in a mans orbit. That hot pic she posted on her story? Its for “him” not us. It sounds sad and crazy but it’s true
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 01:46 PM
-3

The fact I have negates this comment
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 01:35 PM
2

Because they’re mostly stuck up there at the top until they age out. Lower men snag some women via pursuit
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 01:34 PM
2

Most guys pursue because most women only pursue the top. Above average men get the trickle down, which diminishes the further down the attractiveness scale
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/23 01:18 PM
1

So are you expecting to not change and get sex? Either you dont change and dont get sex, and you want it or dont, either way that’s cool and that’s what happens. Or you’re saying you should get sex despite not changing? Whats your point?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/23 12:28 PM
2

Then you’ll be getting sex so dont worry about it
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/23 08:35 AM
1

Its not self respect if unattractive unchanged you is a loser
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/23 05:17 AM
5

Then what are you trying to prove here?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 07:03 PM
2

I do mention fwb’s in the OP. And they don’t branch swing when alpha widowed they have an “epiphany” and try to choose a good guy
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 05:56 PM
4

Cool, stay sexless, nobody cares
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 05:54 PM
1

Well, sounds like as men we better get good or lose out
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 04:21 PM
4

Women usually get hung up on the man who left her because its perceived that he discarded her because he can do better
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 04:20 PM
2

Yeah you need a bit of power imbalance to keep her. Its 2023, things are vastly different. It’s not just the men at her work place you’re competing with now. Its every man with a mobile phone in a 20 mile radius
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 03:09 PM
4

You’re forgetting exes who left her
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 03:07 PM
9

Optimum Man? No. I speak of Frankenchad
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 02:53 PM
2

How is it co dependent though if you’re willing to walk away and not be dependent. Get over the co dependent thing that has nothing to do with my OP
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 02:52 PM
4

My point is about the fear. Fear it or not, its still real and theres still a high chance of it happening. And its not co dependent. The moment youre dependent on a woman you’re buggered
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 01:28 PM
7

Well it’s like saying “you’re afraid of cancer” Well, yeah, obviously. But there’s things you can do to mitigate it despite it being a very common problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 12:41 PM
1

Explain
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 08:46 AM
2

Dude where in my OP do i disagree? Your making my own point for me
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 04:16 PM
1

Dude I can know something and not subscribe/believe in it, knowing you’re a bitch women don’t want and why they dont want you and doing nothing about it doesn’t make you red pilled
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 03:18 PM
0

Its not a fairy tale if people achieve it. Not everyone can achieve it. That’s it. What’s the alternative?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 02:06 PM
1

The idea that just acknowledging it to be true is red pilled.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 01:17 PM
1

Well not really. For example. Stoicism is a core part of red pill. Believing and complaining is not stoic.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 01:07 PM
1

Well red pill says you can become very physically attractive or at least as much as you can and then spin plates without commitment
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 12:52 PM
1

Then what part of my OP contradicts anything from TRP? I’m quite interested to see your reply
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 12:50 PM
1

Just believing trp isn’t enough to attract women. It’s more akin to realising you have to be a bit of a hardworking cold opportunist who does everything he can to succeed in his career whether that means doing things that aren’t “nice” sometimes in order to win…whilst understand that even then, he may still not win
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 12:34 PM
0

Not really, go to the actual red pill forum
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 12:31 PM
1

I agree
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 12:30 PM
2

Black pill is “its all looks and theres nothing you can do about it” Redpill is “looks are a massive part of it, as are other aspects. If you want sex or attraction, max out on as many traits as you can but don’t expect love or lasting unconditional companionship” I mean thats a pretty basic standard redpill. Not extreme and not black pill. This is my point, this sub isnt redpillers, its frustrated men with blue pill goals arguing with women and trying to negotiate attraction and moan about how …
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 12:07 PM
3

After two decades it’s quite streamlined in it’s ideas now, especially the core aspects
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 11:44 AM
2

why?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 11:43 AM
2

“Enjoy the decline” is redpilled mantra. It’s “doomer” but knowing how best to get what you want, or, just sitting it out with the understanding of why the juice isnt’t worth the squeeze for you
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 11:36 AM
4

No….that’s literally being red pilled. “Love not existing” is something even watered down red pillers believe. The closest thing you’d get to a “less extreme” red piller is married red pill, who are usually former blue pilled guys trying to hold their marriage together out of practicality having awakened to the reality of things
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 11:23 AM
2

Sorry I’m not sure what you mean. I agree with your point on being nice in an attractive way. Are you saying that people who nice in an appeasing way need to change that about them? I’d argue appeasing niceness is always performative and therefore an example of somebody not being themselves
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 02:36 PM
5

“Nice” isnt a personality trait. You can be nice in a million different ways. You can be “nice” by pandering and bending over and constantly complimenting. You can also be “nice” by making warm confident eye contact with a girl who has just vented an upsetting experience or anxiety towards you, and say calmly “It’s gona be fine” There’s many many different interpretations of nice.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 02:25 PM
4

If you’re overtly weird to the point of making people uncomfortable then yeah, maybe review it. If people are mostly smiling and laughing around you and you have a solid group of friends then fuck people who say you’re weird imo
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 02:10 PM

The worst of both
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 10:52 PM

You not be a piece of shit whilst not being nice. I know that may blow your minds but it is possible. Like how choking and slapping a girl can not be abusive and something they actually enjoy and is fun. Its all about nuance and emotional intelligence.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 06:24 PM

If they’re not able to get laid they’re not able to beat the strong men who do, or the cops and military men with wives and families. They’ll just rot away on xbox
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/23 05:55 PM
1

No, you’re naive
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/23 05:19 PM
-1

To answer your first paragraph, yes, with the caveat of not a hot supermodel but an attractive girl. Literally yes. And it’s the truth.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/23 03:33 PM
3

Imagine not understanding that economics and mathematics apply to EVERY LAST atom and process in the entire universe. If you can’t apply the very apt framework of value and demand and supply to something like dating, of which every aspect of it is hinged around, the issues your lack of comprehension.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/23 03:31 PM

No dude, my very titles says if you’re self improving then this doesn’t apply
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/23 02:15 PM
-1

You didnt even need to read the actual OP just see that’s not what I said, just the title
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/23 01:05 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
