My issue with this is why gender is even brought into the situation at all. Dana slapping his wife had nothing to do with her being a female. It was one "person" retaliating a slap from another "person". Who gives a fuck what they were born as 50 years ago.

I like how Jordan Peterson put it. He basically said this. Let’s take gender out of it entirely. Let’s say that Jordan goes up to Shaq and punches him in the face as hard as he can. Would you then feel bad if Shaq punched him right back? The answer is usually no. When asked why, the response is (rightly) that well, you shouldn’t start what you can’t finish. And the same applies here.

No matter the gender, nobody should hit anybody, especially if they’re stronger than you. It’s a fundamentally stupid thing to do.

They're not talking about that at all... I was listening to the radio yesterday .. they mentioned how he slapped her multiple times. And compared it to Chris brown.Also even said we don't know what Dana white wife's face looked like after... I think the radio station was trying to spin it was a race issue. What Dana white did isn't close to what Chris brown did.

There’s a difference between self defense and revenge. Did Dana do what he did to defend himself? Or to get revenge? I don’t know the answer, but self defense is okay. Revenge is not.

Equality doesn’t mean you have the right to brutalize someone smaller and weaker than yourself, which women are typically in comparison to men.

He has no business putting his hands on any woman or regular individual being that he is trained in jujitsu and is 3x her size and her husband. He committed domestic violence, whether she hit him first or not and his actions are not acceptable.

You so called “activists” are not interested in solutions for men, but diffusing responsibility for your own lives, failures and incompetences to women and whining about how unfair the world is. Domestic Violence is not an egalitarian or symmetrical issue, it is a gendered crime despite your attempts to distort and misrepresent data to make yourselves look like the victims.

Stop embarrassing yourselves online and do something useful with your lives.
