I’m a woman, but I consider myself somewhat neutral on these issues. I didn’t realize how bad feminists were and I’ve always considered myself one until I read the pov’s in this sub and a couple others and perused some feminist subs. The word itself now carries some extremism that I don’t want to be associated with. Both sides treat things extremely black and white, when there’s a huge grey area that should be considered.

I value the women on this subreddit who recognize it’s issues. Not only do we need your support, but we need your perspective so we do not become extreme like some other subreddits out there. Trans people too. Trans women still carry some problems from their past life, and trans men run in to our problems in their new one. This sub should strive to be egalitarian, and open to criticism.

I am female and I cannot reckon exactly. But I know men are more here and on Reddit overall.

it's a shame. Men have been protecting, providing and putting their asses in danger since the beginning of evolution for women and the tribes. The least we women can do is love our beloved unconditionally, empathize men, make peace and be drama free.

But modern women are too entitled and selfish to get that.

I’m a woman. I’m perplexed by the men’s rights movement so i joined this sub. I‘ve learned a lot and I think there are a lot of valid points here.

I think there is also a lot of hatred and misogyny, a general bitterness toward the world and your life experiences.

Try to refrain from blanket statements … because I was raised by a single dad who was awarded full custody of me and my sisters - the courts gave us to HIM. He’s a great man. And HE was raised by a single mother; that was his dad’s decision, not hers. We lived in the trailer park, we were never wealthy.

I am also the only provider for my family; I give my boyfriend an allowance and I put him through school (because that’s something he always dreamed of and I can give it to him). We don’t believe in marriage, but we coexist so BEAUTIFULLY and he’s my best friend.

You can build the life you want, you don’t need to put yourselves in this box of “man marry and work then die.” Find a compatible partner - if you even want to partner - who shares your values and avoid the ones who don’t; that’s like trying to jam puzzle pieces together that don’t fit and then screaming “why don’t these go together!”

The only person you can control is yourself. Rise above the circumstances society has presented you and improve yourselves - therapy, introspection, focus and drive - instead of dismantling the progress women have made. We couldn’t even vote 100 years ago .. I’m sorry about the terms of the draft in most countries. I don’t have a solution. War is bad.

A woman chose each of you over herself.. and now you exist and have the opportunity to enact real change in the world! Women aren’t your enemy. I respect your fight.
