Most prostitutes are against "the Nordic model". Some feminist agree that it's making them victims and taking away their agency. Prostitutes are more concerned about their business, I guess.

Besides, it hasn't worked well.

And it makes blackmailing easy. We are, after all, talking about people who are not among the most honest to begin with.

The only prostitutes I've ever known were of the SJW mentality, and they both hated anybody who had the slightest negative mention of "sex workers". One is doing time for assault on a woman telling her she was "clearly oppressed by men". Of course, her vitriol against men wasn't any less.

The UK regards it as a grey area. Prostituition is not illegal. street walking is, running a brothel is, living off immoral earnings is, not declaring tax is.

The up shot is that we have very few street walkers compared to other countries. Use to have adverts in phone boxes, but largely gone now, no one uses them.

But have masses of escorts and adverts on the internet.

I do not think it is a huge problem in the Uk at all.

What pisses me off with these anti prostitution zealots is they assume that all males have access to freely given sex from loving women.

Pffft. So some males can expect to have no legal right to sex other than masturbating if these zealots get their way. Hell, they probably want to criminalize male masturbation too. You know, male masturbation = patriarchal misogyny.
