I´m not a good writer, so I can´t help you there. But, I can provide you some links. The first thing to know is that the number one concern parents have about divorce is custody. That´s widely known so I´m not going to bother looking up sources (though I´m sure you can find some if you want to). By extension, I think common sense would tell us that the more important something is to someone, the more they are likely to be willing to lie for it. That´s the most important point.

On the general issue of lying to gain an advantage in divorce and custody, the other, even more common, false accusation is an accusation of domestic violence. Here is some material on that. I bring up false domestic violence accusations as more evidence that some women will and do lie to get the upper hand, especially in divorce and custody.

The real bottom line of all this is presumption of innocence, "innocent until proven guilty". The second thing is that some women are willing to lie, especially when it comes to divorce and custody situations and there is so much at stake. Still, I can imagine, no matter how much evidence is presented, some white knights and manginas will think to themselves, "well, if 100 men are screwed over, that´s okay, as long as 1 woman or child isn´t hurt". Of course that attitude is morally and ethically objectionable. But, not only that, it´s can´t even be construed to be looking out for the best interest of the child. Is it really good for children to be with mothers that are so ethically challenged? What about the ensuing fatherlessness? I am not a lawyer, so I would want to know exactly what "clear and convincing" means, and why it was not enough to convict.

"Beyond a reasonable doubt" is needed to convict, which essentially means 99.99% sure. "Clear and convincing" I believe is about 75% sure. "Preponderance of the evidence" means >50%, and this last one is currently enough to get a man expelled from school (thanks feminists!)

I wonder what provisions the law would have for custody when an adult woman rapes a young boy. Would the custody be granted to the victim, denying the mother visitation?

You mean rapes a boy and gets impregnated by him? It's happened, woman gets custody and rape victim has to pay child support. Part of the reason she gets custody is that rape victims don't typically want custody of the rape baby, and part of it is that often the rapist won't actually tell her victim she has a kid until a couple years later. By then, she's been the sole custodian for a while, he never knew the kid existed, so courts just give it to her and charge him child support, often including back payments.

Just another example of how women are oppressed and how society is totally set up to make men better off at the expense of women.
