This guy had to pay for a lawyer because he robbed her and got caught red handed being a thief by the police. The title makes it seem like he's getting fined for not buying free drinks for a woman, which isn't the case at all.

He stole her phone to get her attention? Then ran off with it but "wasn't really stealing it"? This guy's not obligated to keep by rounds for her, but when she ended the date that should have been it. He's a moron and he had to pay a lawyer because of it.

Yeah, I tried on-line dating when I lived in London too. Stopped after one date where she expected me to buy all the drinks... naively I went along with it. After three glasses of wine she looked at her phone and said she had to get to a party, and just left.

What a bitch.

But let's not forget behaviour like this isn't the norm - on the vast majority of dates I've been on women have wanted to split the bill... Most women see this woman's actions as the shitty behaviour it is.
