i cant imagine a scenario where i would literally say "i miss you" and expect anything positive to come from it. "i miss seeing that ass bent over my bed", perhaps

This. A simple "I miss you" conveys loss of happiness in her absence. Adding funny or confident bullshit lets her know you enjoy her presence but you're just as fine without her.

Meh depends on the girl IMO.

Some girls respond positively to a little sweet. Especially if they are comfort testing or otherwise well in your frame. As long as sappy shit is not your default tone then the occasional soft touch is a nice reward. I've heard it described as "passion game" IE giving the girl the impression that she is getting to you, getting her hooks in a little.

The only answer to this question is Push Vs Pull. If you can afford it, romancey stuff will drive some girls crazy. Other girls will look at the smallest sign of affection as weakness and thus a massive turnoff no matter how many times you have choke slammed her into the headboard prior to that.

I tend to screen out the "never show a drop of affection or I'm out" type girls so maybe that's why I get away with it.

Same here. I go for the humble girls who aren’t complete prideful whores also. And in our mutual case it’s a good thing to let them know occasionally that you enjoy their company and have a nice smile BUT follow that sappy shit up with some humor and don’t just let it hang like you’re a fag

Yeah, it's a comfort test. I usually respond "I miss you, but my aim is always improving."

"Will/Do you miss me?"

"Nearly as much as you will/do." Smirk.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

Can you spit fire like this on the spot? If so, how did you get to that point?

[–]Endorsed Contributorvandaalen5 points6 points7 points 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

This actually is a classic I just memorized.

I never had a problem with words actually. I was always able to make people laugh by being ridiculous. Where I failed and what is actually the hardest part to overcome, is to be afraid to act against common consense and not giving a fuck.

The BP-programming about girls also runs very deep and I still hav to actively hold myself from defending or explaining myself, or to retreat if she pushes back and being prone to getting guilt tripped is my achilles heel.

It's something you have to actually actively work on and constantly push yourself out of your comfortzone as well as be aware of and "catch yourself" when behaving like that.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

I'm a scenario where most people would defend themselves, what would/do you do? Especially when "there is no excuse" for what you did?

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Like if you took a big fat shit on the family thanksgiving dinner table?

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Sure.

Bust mostly jokes or observations that people would find too cruel/controversial

Or polarizing opinions

Or just being ridiculous/"weird" in general

How do you react when people give you a repulsive response

It's something I have to consciously stop myself from doing...

[–]1kick67 points8 points9 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Sure, but it should be used sparringly, and only with LTRs.

[–]bTHE663 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yes only when you want to have the relationship ended soon. Seriously, you can use it for that.

[–]TrenGod372 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I say it dude. Most guys will say not to. Here my take from personal experience. Be higher value than her and not afraid to walk away if need be. Or be okay if she does. and you can say whatever the fuck you want And get away with it in small doses.

I say I miss you. I say I love you. But I’m not needy. And I’m high value. It doesn’t change anything. Bc im not saying I miss you and following her around. I do miss her but my life’s fuckin awesome. So i don’t act needy.

Be attractive don’t be unattractive

[–]jb_trp4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I'd say only in a committed relationship and only if you do it without any hint of neediness or desperation. I'm in an LTR and I'm often out on trips or travelling. Sometimes she'll text me, "I miss you so much," and I'll respond with "I miss you too. I'm excited for _____" (the secret is to always show positivity and forward progress).

Don't say it too much. Almost never be the first person to say it. But as long as you're doing everything else right (you have high value, you're being a leader, rock solid frame, etc.), occasionally letting your LTR hear things like this can be positive. Never, ever say it if things have been negative or there have been too many shit tests.

[–]autoNFA1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Sure, if you're in an LTR and you don't go overboard with it. Also I have a hunch that it'd be useful in a few very limited circumstances before you've gotten together, like in some scenarios where she perceives you to be too high-value for her, but I can't think of a good specific example.

[–]Tzeentch_Gnosis1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yes, but in a non chalant smirking or patronizing way.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

My first instinct was:

“All rules have their circumstances to be broken. Most often when given a comfort Test.”

But I cannot imagine a scenario where a simple “I miss you.” does any good.

Even with push-pull there are far better ways to pull. My answer is a hard no.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Fuck no.

[–]Senior Endorsedmax_peenor0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I told Legal Cohabiting Female I missed her after I went on a three week business trip to Europe. Later I found out she invited a guy from a couple states over to come over and fuck her like the white trash whore she is. Totally missed out on that.

Of course I fucked a Swede, multiple Finns and a kraut during that a trip, but no need for her to have that information, right?

[–]my_sfw_alias-1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I usually start dropping the M bomb after the first time texting, really sets the tone.
