I used to be fat and eat sweets at least once a day, until I got a blood test back and the doctor told me that I'm close to being a diabetic.

Thankfully I was reasonable enough to actually stop there, because that totally scared me... I'm thankful for that doctor because I know how bad it could have become. My friends now don't believe me that I could have had a problem like that.

Anyway, if you hear that from a doctor, it means that you have to stop right there, and think about how you want your life to be, because that is the moment when everything is in your hands - no matter if you're male or female.
