What exactly are we waiting for?

I don't "allow it to go on". I just don't have the power to stop it. Even if I was the prime minister I couldn't stop it.

Why doesn't the well-meaning majority stop it, like they stopped, say, the child labor in the democratic countries?

One basic reason is biology: we are hardwired to helps women and children, men are seen as helpers - also when they are leaders - at best and at worst as a threat .

Another basic reason is the "Feminist narrative" that is build upon this biology: for example, the history of the humankind is a history of sexism, oppression, violence, and discrimination directed against women (and sometimes children if it suits their narrative). To demand more rights for men after all this - if you believe the narrative - would be insane.

Yet another reason is the fear we men - and often women, too - have for the female and, in particular, the Feminist wrath. That's built upon the foundations mentioned above and the fact that women as a group can destroy a man's life (reputation, career, freedom etc). And if you stand up against them it's you life that can be in line next.

Because of these reasons all well-meaning efforts to help men are bound to flop. People might frankly think that men are often treated unfairly. They might think that something should be done. But when actual deeds are needed the dynamics just aren't there.

"Hmm, do I really want to spend my time helping men, when there are so many more pressing issues, and, besides, what would everybody else think, and, in fact, Helen and Mark, who have those competing projects helping women, looked actually pretty angry when I talked about this, and what would my superiors/electorate think If I carried on with this controversial and radical idea ...."

Because pretty much everybody else thinks along the same kind of lines nothing ever happens.

I don't really know what I could do given this insane Orwellian world that I live in, except hope for the best. It does seem like it will run its course... but maybe I just don't like thinking about the alternative.

Remember that most people are not the sort of feminists you are referring to, even in the US. And that's not even considering other very large countries like China, Russia, India, etc. that will also play a big part in determining the culture of the future.

Just look what is going around us. We KNOW the current state of our situation in society sucks. Why do we keep allowing the perversion of our legal system to continue to perpetuate our lives? What are marches going to do for men and our causes? Nothing. Because we forgot how to be men. How do you expect to out argue a woman? It doesn't work. It never has. No idea if it will help you personally, but if you get on YouTube and check some female conservative commentators, you might find it soothing to listen to some normal women who are bothered about the same shit as you.

Personally, on a sort of emotional level, just listening to a sensible sounding anti-sjw woman who isn't foaming at the mouth about Obama and equality stats, can be quite therapeutic.

What's happening is happening. There's not really much we can do about it but keep the conversation going. It won't be forever. In the meantime you need to work on keeping yourself sane and heading in the right direction.

We are polite people conditioned to expect decency and fairness from our social systems. Many find it mind-boggling when they find out that these systems aren't fair, and that they can do nothing about it, because most people either don't care, consider discrimination against men unimportant or justified, or profit from the unfairness.

What are we waiting for? For society to react to our complaints, but since that isn't going to happen in the near future, we're waiting for the revolution to start. No individual is brave enough to revolt against society, and those who miraculously are still don't know how to do it, so they do insane things like burning themselves to death in protest. When things get really bad some day an act like this will start something bigger, preferably a discussion ~~dishonest hateful bigots~~ feminists are banned from.
