Why do you think France banned paternity testing? They know a woman is capable of lying about something that important.

The real question is why do other women [the feminist type] minimize this and help cover it up? Same goes for false rape or abuse accusations... Perhaps they have something to gain or hide from it?

Research suggests it is 1% to 3% of all pregnancies in a Western culture. I suspect that now testing in most countries is more popular the figure might fall since it is harder to conceal the truth.

Like I pointed out in the comments of the linked post, something that I found to be absolutely devastating that no one else was mentioning was being a father and never even knowing it. Imagine finding out you have a child 18+ years after they were born. You've already missed their whole childhood!

The Data that caused a slew of articles about Genetic testing just last month went as high as 20% Paternity Falsely ascribed.

That 1% figure has been out of date for over a decade.

If 1% is a true number, that is 1 in 100 men. If half of the population are men, then 35 million men will father children that are not theirs.

It's crazy how many courts tell men to pay for children who aren't there's. I just don't understand the logic.

If you go with "the well-being of the child", then just tell Bill Gate to give them double the payments. That will be better for hte chid and Gates is just as much the father as the poor shlup being forced to pay for somebody's else kid.

I'd fully support this but I think the results must be told separately, that way each can decide what to do afterwards as I remember a good friend of mine had this happen to him when a son that he was raising was not his when his son was in a accident and needed blood. My friend thought that he would be a match and volunteered and the doctors had found out then that he wasn't the father. Luckily with me being a universal blood donor, my blood saved that kid and before you ask, I am not the kids father also as they are African and I am so pale white that when I walk out at night I do not need any reflective clothing. (probably spent about a hour or two THIS CENTURY outdoors).

I think it might be 1-3% for married and/or stably partnered mothers, higher for single women. They might just be giving their best guess.

Women are attracted to high-testosterone features when they're ovulating and average-testosterone features when they aren't. There is no way the rate is as low as %1, paternity fraud is an indelible aspect of our biology and likely a strong factor in why women undergo concealed ovulation. Biology isn't fair for anyone.

From what I have heard the number is above 10+% for just blood type mismatches, not DNA results in maternity wards. So I think 1% is way too low.

The state government keeps 10% or more of the child support payments. In calicornia, the household tracking system is run by a defense contractor and they receive huge $ for the system.

None of the many groups that profit from the justice system and the child support system want the actual broke generic fathers to be identified or ruled as legally responsible for child support. They want money, not biological lineage.
