I've came across multiple guys I only started dating that said something along the lines of 'you'd look good pregnant' 'we'd make pretty babies' like hold up chump who said I want to go through 9 months of agony for you, when I barely know you? It's like its entirely about them and their ego and I'm some sort of trophy host body...or they've been watching too much pregnancy porn.

To me its a massive sign of immaturity- having a child is a very big decision both people should be on the same page about.
