Regardless of your relationship status it's important to have healthy relationships with men.

This helps you in many ways, including in your self-care, self-awareness and self-love but also in your romantic relationships.

They will help you understand the parameters and range of masculinity and femininity and what you deserve, have to offer, and should expect from men as a whole.

Not only that if you have some kind of deep or childhood trauma with men it's best to heal that through a non romantic relationship as much as you can.

For some that might be a father or father figure, brothers, other family members or friends.

If you have a man looking out for you, you go into a romantic relationship much more secure and capable of understanding men.

So do you have healthy relationships with men in your life or do you need to find or heal some? I highly recommend this before any serious dating or if you're in a relationship or dating already, before you take the next step.

Find at least one man who cares enough about you to tell you how he feels about the romantic relationships you have (and isn't jealous) and listen to his advice.
