So STBX listed her base salary as her income on her financial disclosures, and neglected that she almost doubles that in bonuses (as can be shown on her W2s). She was also due for a promotion but didn't get the job...which was just not filled, right after she went to visit a divorce lawyer. She's the top earner, and she's throwing down that I'm underemployed after 5 years as SAHD, so I'm getting the vocational assessment, and of course to hear her lawyer tell I could be making 4 times what I made for the last 5 years. Lawyer says that she doesn't need one tho. I say BS--she's obviously doing all she can to minimize her income, and she's going to boost mine to reduce or eliminate support.
