Why are nurses always the least healthy women out there?

Dental hygienist techs don't get hired if they have meth-teeth or cosmetic salesladies don't have abstract art skin. Why would women deeply involved in caring for sick people, whom are mostly sick because they're fat and eat bad foods and don't exercise, always end up with some combo of obesity, laziness, and substance abuse (carbs, alcohol, drugs, etc).

I mean, you'd think someone who works in a medical field would want to avoid T2 diabetes or early heart failure, probably be skinny as a rail... but naaaaaah they're always way overfed.

I've considered that its exposure, like if most of your patients are addicted to twinkies then you'll end up addicted to twinkies, but I donno.

The least emotionally intelligent people in the world always self-describe as an empath or high-empathy. It's bafflingly common. I assume it's a confirmation bias thing: if you have any self awareness at all, you realize how difficult it is to understand how others are feeling. These people have never struggled with this, so they think that they intuitively get it perfect, and they're too dense to even realize that they're ever wrong.

Anyway, 'empath' is definitely one of the biggest warning phrases that someone is completely off their fucking rocker. Not relationship material, not friend material, not even casual acquaintance material; they're almost certainly toxic.
