Women are the gatekeepers to both sex and relationships. If a woman is over 30 and single, she should consider getting more realistic standards. A 5/10 woman is in the same league as a 5/10 man; on a dating app, she might get a 6/10 man who's in an artificially low league because of social awkwardness.

Realistic standards are obtained by putting down your cellphone and realizing that chick flicks and TV series aren't like the real world.

If men think that the divorce laws aren’t fair because women pushed for divorce laws that benefitted women more, that isn’t men’s fault.

If men think that women aren’t worth long-term relationships because too many women behaved poorly and had a lot of casual sex before wanting to settle down into a relationship, that isn’t men’s fault either.

I’m not saying that stricter divorce laws and sexual freedom are necessarily bad things, although I do personally think that the former is a good thing and the latter is a not so good thing. But my point is that, when women push for more power, both sexual power and marriage power, many men are not going to want to give that power up. When men pump and dump and plate women, they’re the ones retaining the power. The logical solution for getting back more relationship power then would be for women to sacrifice some of their sexual power and to stop having casual sex with men without relationship commitment (unless those women truly don’t want to commit to men, of course).

You aren't entitled to a man's provision, protection or penis.

By the same token, I fully agree men aren't owed sex with women. But that statement goes both ways - no one is owed access to anyone else's body.

The "CC" is when very young women (like 16 to 26) are having recreational sex with the most sexually attractive men. I don't morally condemn this - I think its the optimal choice for at least a large cohort of women given today's incentives/environment.

Look at the men in the same age bracket. Are they, statistically speaking, getting the same distribution of sex? Obviously not.

I don't want to do hardcore quant work on this, but basically the number of women riding the so-called "cock carousel" is noticeably larger than the number of men riding the so-called "coochie carousel."

Men are responsible for all this so they should blame only themselves.

You're treating men as a single, borgified class. This is not only a form of objectification (see Nussbaum), but an obvious error. In the mating world, sexy men and unsexy men are practically different sexes/genders. Binary class analysis breaks down and we end up in at least a trinary situation.

Accurate analysis requires a rejection of the oppressor-oppressed gender dichotomy.

It’s not men’s fault. Some women want to be single past thirty. Some women just haven’t found the right guy. You can’t force people to want to be with you.

Now, having a forever girlfriend who is over 30 who you’ve been with for 8 years and you know she wants to get married but you have no intention of marrying her is definitely an asshole thing to do.

The men and women with the highest rates of successful marriages get married around 30.

If marriage is the end goal there are steps both men and women take during their formative years that allow them to succeed in that goal.

There are the obvious, a well-rounded education and positive social circle leads to positive outcomes. However you can't get there without self-reflection, one of the most important parts of maturation is learning to not expect others to change but to change our own behaviors.

i have the best solution yet.. no one is at fault 😭our social and material circumstances form each decision we make, and in a society where socialization doesnt exist outside of work/school its understandable that we find it difficult to form relationships. boys arent socialized from a young age the same way girls are, and theyre certaintly not taught how to act naturally and empathetically around women
