What I can say, if a parent has medical insurance on the children but the primary parent chose to use an out of network provider because that provider will diagnose kids with issues based on the parent that bring them there, that says alot to the Court. Hope this helps...

I had Attorneys that are skilled in family law along with Parental Alienation, they subpoena msgs stemming from original divorce to show pattern of my then 16yr old msgs that showed adult overtones(teenagers don't write long txt msgs especially to their parents) msgs between her and Mom. Their Social media accts as well as msgs on family Wizard. The best thing I did was not to react as most parents would like to dealing with alienation except that I cut communications once she turned 18. Bigger picture is too find an Attorney that specializes in parental alienation. Hope this helps you all. Been 3yrs of hell

What was your strategy with the judge to demonstrate parental alienation? Was a GAL, custody evaluator or psychological evaluation involved? Many men here deal with parental alienation, so anything you can share about your experience would help others.

Fantastic news brother. Enjoy both the extra time with your kids and the extra money in your pocket. Just be prepared, you might have won this battle but she will still want to fight the war. This is a complete “injustice” in her mind so she’s going to do everything she can to right this crime against her. Keep recording everything and sticking religiously to the new agreement. Give her zero to work with whilst recording her craziness. Arm yourself for the next battle, because one thing I’ve learned is that women can NEVER let anything like this go….NEVER!!!

I am also facing parental alienation however the judge (a woman said it wasn't the case) would you mind sharing what kind of evidence/argument did you use?
