The problem with this is that they might often be approaching the same men. Women don’t usually like to share men and be in harems. Thus, the custom is for men to approach women, and then for women to judge whether he will be loyal to her or if she can make him loyal to her.

Women also often use men approaching them as a subconscious “shit test” to show that he has social confidence. Of course, if she already knows that he’s confident, then she might be willing to approach herself if he is of high enough value to her that the emotional cost of potential rejection makes it worth it.

Hey, I'm no expert on relationships. Quite the contrary, but I was wondering how are you searching for your loved one?

Regarding gym, it's great to look good and be healthy, but, it's hard to create a connection with someone there... because everyone is focused on working out and there aren't many reasons for communication....

I believe people usually bond on shared values, hobbies and domains of interest.

Have you considered joining activity clubs? Like boardgames? art? classes?(like cooking, or foreign language classes, robotics, business etc) - you get to learn and also meet new people? Literature clubs? Going to meetups ? Choosing a vacation with a traveling group? volunteer at an animal shelter? etc.

You would get to do fun stuff and increase your chance of meeting the love of your life?

I could come up with a longer list of activities if you believe that might help.

IMO, before blaming society or women for their supposed unrealistic standards men have to take strong actions and have reasonably good standards as well!

Simps have to stop going out of their ways in pleasing women, in other words simps have to stop being simps.

The so called playbois should have a bit of standard in who they sleep with rather than fornicating with each and every women they can get their promiscuous hands on.

Men in general have to understand that their purpose should be to develope life skills so as to be proper functioning members of a society and relationships/dating should be only one of the event of that journey and not the end goal!

If we are to criticize women each and every time for their standards, we should also self criticize us for enabling it.

Yes, but the change is generational so don't expect it in this lifetime.

I expect like half millennials and maybe half Zoomers will be single forever, or divorced after a few years.

These people being old and alone (including probably me), no one caring for them, will be a burden for society. If people with children are already suffering loneliness and despair, I expect it even worse for childless and single or divorce people.

Government and taxpayers will have an incentive to want them DEAD just as Canada is starting to do with MAID. Your contribution and property will be seized when you get Alzheimer and you will be put to be cared by foreigners that probably don't speak your language and don't care about you. HELL.

However, I think next generations will adapt and most younger people will be in stable relationships and healthy families, as descendants from the survivors of this mentally ill age. Maybe we are indirectly teachers of how dating should never be.
