Paternity fraud is fraud. It can defraud a man out of a million dollars or more not to mention it likely fundamentally changes his life.

Let’s face it, the reason there is so much resistance to preventing this fraud and the reason it’s so lightly prosecuted is that in contrast to other kinds of fraud, it’s a crime committed by women against men. If it was the other way around it would be viewed as national crisis.

Consider how in the U.S., most college allegations of sexual assault are by women accusing men. The reaction is to deny accused males due process so they can easily be punished. Paternity fraud which works the other way around, in contrast is left unaddressed, or even worse, allowed to continue.

Men's right to know if the child is his supersedes all the other nonsense. If a woman was unfaithful, she can sue the real father for child support.
