It's definitely discriminatory and I wouldn't go there. But they know a bunch of fat feminist will sign up, come a few times, then stop coming and continue to pay. They will keep making excuses and telling themselves they'll get in shape next week. Kind of like when a fat chick orders a salad in public, but you know that bitch gorges herself when she gets home.

Yeah my gym has this, it’s be cool if it meant the gym was quieter cos of it, but it’s not and women still use the main gym (fair enough, I don’t want segregation)

As someone with PTSD, I’d love a male only gym tbh

A gym I used to be a member of had a 6-8pm womens only swimming session twice a week, along with a few block bookings for schools around that time the rest of the week. This was the absolute most convenient time for me as it was after work.

I emailed asking why I (a paid up member) was excluded from certain sessions due to my sex, and I was told that certain characteristics were more important than others.

I cancelled my membership as soon as possible and found an alternative.

So the sign is correct then? All people are welcome but they have a separate section for women too. Men need to accept that the gym can be a intimidating place for women. There are men who stare at women in the gym and those that come on to women while they're are trying to work out. It happens all the time. A women's section is no big deal and doesn't affect you in any way.
