We could make every single human being the ceo of a multi-million dollar company and people would still complain about not being the ceo over a different company. The arguments will never stop so we might as well go by merit to ensure the most qualified person gets the job.

Who really wants a job? Let women have them, all of them. Guys should work towards self sufficiency instead.

Having a job is like being a dairy cow: what started as a way to feed offspring is now a process where you are hooked to a machine that takes way more from you.

And most of it is powered by vanities and ego.

Its all about control and extraction, and even the Bible points out if you work for someone you are a slave.

So the thread is really asking should we have as many female slaves as male slaves?

You guys can do what you want, but I dont want to be a slave.

and I think for me a more important question is how to not be a slave?

What I observe is the two greatest enslavement systems in human history are vagina and money.

And that I can work towards having less dependency on both, because all dependencies suck.

And if I need less vagina, I need less money, and I can use the left over resources to work towards needing even less money, and if I do that long enough, pretty soon I dont need much, and my freedom ratio gets way better.

And men pay the most taxes, while women get the most benefits... So I think working away from systemic dependencies and letting women work the jobs will lead to women paying for things for women.

I dont want to pay for things for women.

I want things for me. And the less I need the less job required.

And we've gotten to the point that things are so expensive you are better off doing them yourself.

I grew patches of grains in the 80's using a shovel, and quickly discovered the work to product ratio was incredible. And had this realization that there was so much time left over, that I could do everything else too, and that the job system was a big scam.

But I was married... and she wanted money and plenty of it.

In fact there was no limit to how much money she could want.

Eventually that blew up, and I went to Costa Rica and bought land and planted a permaculture project, and lived for years doing tropical subsistence... almost no money for decades, and had alot of free time to make things...

And realized that you can do subsistence almost anywhere.

So... no, I dont think there should be as many women as men in jobs...

I think ALL the jobs should be women.

They are perfect for it; greedy, vanity, over socialized....

I get enough social life from my dogs.

They are happy getting dog food... try that with a woman.... 🤣

No. Men and women are generally interested in different things.

However, everyone should be able to try to get the job they want, even if it’s usually done by the opposite sex, without being pushed out due to gender.
