I am not a fan of the AWDTSG facebook groups or anything akin to it because it opens the door for private individuals to easily slander or surveil other private individuals in their metropolis on a mass scale. If the groups do disappear, then in-person vetting does need to get better in order to fill the gap, as well as the justice system that we have. If we educated ourselves on how to spot signs of a toxic relationship, the amount of people who get hurt by them would be a lot less.

Making sure that enough information about how abusive relationships work is out there. I posted a resource a month ago in order to inform people on how to spot and handle abuse.

It is somebody's best bet to catch an abuser in the second stage. Making sure that abusers get called out for repeatedly belittling the victim and standing firm on hanging out and talking to one's own friends is important so that the actual abusive behavior has a hard time taking and keeping root. Might have to consider leaving a partner if they do belittle you and try to isolate you. Best to nip it while it's still budding.

Women who get cheated on repeatedly could assess the reasons, whether it is their demeanor(possibly being too enthusiastic or overly nice) that makes them 'easy targets' that attract unfaithful men or that they constantly pick cheater personalities(narcissistic traits). If a partner starts grooming themselves more, talking on the phone constantly and guarding it, leaving for 'work', and getting annoyed/belittling you, maybe it's time to start looking into things and try to catch them.

Meeting with his friends to see who he hangs out with and who he is around them and getting your friends to talk to him as well could be a good way to assess somebody, seeing as somebody is usually looser with their friends than with a prospective partner.

If somebody is dangerous, there are free background checks to catch convicted criminals:

Arrests.org is a site to see criminal records for somebody in any state, and it even has a reverse image search built in to it(you have to click on a state and it shows up in the menu bar)

This sex offender registry could also help, by typing a name, you see results for all of the US and by clicking on the name, you can see the offense.

I have alluded to a private database that takes alleged instances of abuse and ONLY gives out information to proscecutors and to victims of the same alleged perpetrator as a way to help speed up prosecution of dangerous men. Like a limited whisper network.

Maybe police need to provide cameras that can store footage and ONLY be able to be shared with the police and a lawyer should one need to convict somebody else of a crime.

Maybe we can start crowdfunds to raise money for domestic abuse shelters so they can be more accessible to women with pets, kids, etc.

This is a lot of info. Are there any other ways to help keep women safe and be able to sniff out unfaithful men in-person that I missed? I honestly want dating to be more trusting for everybody.
