You are worthy of love no matter what, don’t let anyone tell you the whole, “you have to love yourself first” nonsense. A PhD scientist tried to find evidence for it and couldn't find any:
It’s become commonplace to proclaim that truly loving another depends on first loving yourself. But just how warranted is this maxim? Is it supported by science or academic research? Or is it little more than folk wisdom—or maybe, pseudo-wisdom? I’ve sought to track down any authoritative studies on this so-intriguing topic . . . and come up with nothing.

It’s just a convenient way to justify rejecting lonely men and a smack in the face to them because they’ve often tried that all their life and gotten nowhere due to a lack of external validation and positive reinforcement.
People who can’t love themselves can have enormous amounts of love for others. It’s just not true that you first need to love yourself and find happiness from within before you can love someone else.
Happiness is impossible without external stimuli and humans' need for connection with others is where most of human happiness comes from. External positive reinforcement can give people the foundation to build happiness from within, and a lack of that can make it impossible for some to find happiness internally, but doesn't affect their ability to love others.
