I work at a library as an assistant. Yesterday our library sponsored a job fair that was only catering to women. That's right, only women were able to attend and submit resumes.

I helped one of our regulars, who is homeless, guy in his mid 30's with a disability, get into a restroom so he could change his clothes, shave and just generally clean up before he went to the job fair, only to be turned away because he didn't have the right type of genitals.

I'm confused because, is this not considered discrimination? Especially for a public library? How the hell did they get away with it?
