Me and my fiancee are going to get married in December. Due to some circumstances regarding to his past marriages, he arranged me a prenup. After meeting with his lawyer for discussing the prenup and declaration of assets and debts, i get a copy of the agreement and will inform the lawyer if i agree. These are some important clauses:

A.) My husband owns 3 houses and 2 lands. He shall legally hand over one certificate of the house into my possession

B.) The asset for which i am handed over is pledged as collateral in case: - There is a divorce due to infidelity by the husband - Divorce due to verbal, physical or psychological abuse by the husband - A diivorce is filed by the husband - Husband passed away

C.) In the event of a divorce for any reason, regardless of the party filing for divorce, custody of the biological child, if underaged belongs entirely to the husband

For context, i'm not in US and the law of marriage in my country, assets that are obtained pre-marriage isn't split after divorce, hence the prenup he offered as protection and assurance. Any advice or opinion?
