I hear allot from women whose BF's were redpilled, men who are trying to get out of TRP or men whose male friends got into TRP; I am only one of these three things. I think one of my ex-girlfriends was redpilled or redpill adjacent and/or struggled with some kind of internalized misogyny. She was a gamer who hung out with dudes who were also gamers and might have been redpilled (some of them definitely seemed like incels). She was also homeschooled and grew up heavily involved in online spaces. She met allot of her "friends" over the years online.

In the time we were together, she espoused viewpoints which aligned with RP ideology. She would make blanket assumptions about women and men and their preferences (all women are this way, all men are that way) and try to make me feel bad about not being "normal" by her definition. Whenever I disagreed with these old school binary views on human nature and tried to suggest that maybe things are more nuanced, she would look at me like I was crazy. She was also a "lookist" (like BP shit) and talked about how a major aspect of attractiveness was a strong jawline, good bone structure and stuff like that. She characterized men as "simps" and "chads" and in other manospherian ways.

The relationship was, in hindsight, abusive and unsustainable for obvious reasons. She also seems to have used some PUA type techniques like she would neg me and try to get me to compare myself with other guys and feel insecure. Fortunately I didn't come away with too much baggage because I knew allot of what she was saying/doing was bullshit and could keep it in mind. I was just wondering if any other men (or women who date women) have been impacted by these sorts of ideologies in this particular way. Did anyone else have the experience of dating a "pick-me."
