Indeed. Man can only fight with other men to defend his rights. This is a generalization but I was sort of wondering about therapy men get vs women. This is anecdotal but from what I've seen women get more chances to just talk about what they want to talk about in therapy whereas for men it's all about results, you are immediately put on a plan to make sure you can continue to be a productive worker or if you aren't working to get you back into a productive worker. In other words in practice is therapy about making women feel better and about making men fit for work.

I’m curious if that’s 3x more likely to try, or 3x more likely to try and succeed?

I ask because I’ve seen a statistic before showing that men are far more effective (if that’s the right word) at killing themselves. I’d assume this is due to a greater propensity to use a firearm vs trying to do it with drugs.

Gonna be devil's advocate here; there's only like 10 suicide per 100k people, it's barely an issue. But then again, trans kids are even less common and they're still one of the most mainstream talking points so what do I know.

As a medical student, I don’t know why the prevailing opinion is that no one knows this fact. It is highly known and is established within the medical fact that unfortunately teenage boys have the highest rate of suicide.
