Farrell was the first that came to my mind. Elam is another, maybe Reeves, some might include Peterson.

There have definitely been women who have stood up for men’s issues including Erin Pizzey, Hoff-Sommers, Karen Straughen.

Peterson is probably the only one of the above that has name recognition outside of gender aware circles and I don’t think his reputation is men’s rights specific.

Not that I know of. Hollywood is too liberal and if they stood up for men's rights they'd be blacklisted and branded as misogynistic.

I think that if you go back 50, or at most 100 years, it wasn't taboo to advocate for men's rights. And men's and women's rights would be considered complimentary goals instead of contradictory ones. In that sense, anyone who is an actually conservative thinker today does still advocate for men's rights in their own capacity. I wouldn't be surprised if quite a few celebrities and popular figures fall in that category but are just not so vocal in their advocacy.

When Marilyn Manson got signed to a major label, they checked all his tattoos, to ensure none were antisemitic.

Pretty sure they do a similar check for any MRA ideology, before letting anyone get famous.

If we're talking in the very broad sense, then Jane Powell, the founder of CALM. She certainly has done a lot of work to help men suffering from mental illness.
