I think if you make the decisions together to become an exclusive relationship that would be a good time. Because then you can say you want a relationship that leads to X, Y, Z. I’d emphasize my excitement for the future life I imagine, but keep it non pressuring about it being HIM specifically that will be that guy for you since it’s still early. I would not bring up anything related to having wasted your time before.

Depending on how often and seriously you’ve been dating him that could be any time from now to a couple more months.

What are you considering telling them? It’s only been two months. There’s no way for him to know if he will want to marry you yet and you don’t know him well enough to know either. It’s okay to communicate you’re dating with intention and would like to get married. But even if he wants to get married someday there’s no guarantee he will marry you.

Be patient and watch for signs that the relationship is progressing and that he is serious about you. Have relationship check in conversations and make sure you’re both on the same page. If you get too aggressive about it you may scare him away.
