Get familiar with the difference between a shit test and just plain bitchy behavior. Two totally different things coming from two totally different places (attraction vs contempt). From this and your previous post, I'm 100% sure that you're getting the latter.

Short answer, she thinks she's better than you. She knows damn well that you aren't her hypergamous best option, but she can't come out and say that (and probably isn't even thinking it on a conscious level). You deal with this by following your MAP. Lift, sidebar, stfu. Become an attractive enough option that her hamster starts working in your favor. That's when the legitimate shit tests will start.

In the meantime, stop giving so many fucks. If something crosses a boundary then you shut it down, if not then you ignore it. If it's something that can be avoided then proactively do what's needed (and again, ignore whatever nonsense comes out of her mouth in response).

The phrase "you are placating" could indicate a desire for your firmness, strength and a spanking instead of fogging or stfu.

Would help to have more details on the conversation and how it took place. But a couple things you can do in most situations like this. She is going to be angry either way so might as well have fun with the situation. Key is not getting emotional, you angry is a win for her so don’t let get to you.

Conversation is over and STFU. “I am done talking about this”. Grab your gym bag get in a workout or anything else that get you out of the house. Then when you come home act like nothing happened (goldfish memory). If she brings it up again just state I am not taking about this anymore. Conversation is optional.

Broken record “I did nothing wrong, I don’t apologize when I didn’t do anything wrong”. I use this all the time when my wife wants an apology she isn’t owed. If she keeps coming I throw in a “you’re cute when your angry” or “can we just skip to the makeup sex”

Don’t hide the bad. Fogging is placating and that’s why it’s effective. Agree and amplify here.

I would laugh at her mockingly and then command her to stfu, go to the bedroom, strip and get on her knees to await the forthcoming apology. You will need some kind of kinetic apology application device such as a rider’s crop or flogger. A wooden spoon or leather belt will do just fine. Use your imagination to extract an apology from her but, do it with loving dominance. It sounds like she is begging to be put in her place.
