Just look at all the videos of cops arresting women. The first thing out of their mouth is to accuse the cop of improper contact so he lets them go. Rape accusations are thrown around like it's nothing.

The person who was falsely accused can have a hard time escaping that accusation and the stigma that comes with it for the rest of their lives.

If a rape allegation was shown to be false, the person who made that accusation should face the same prison time the rapist would’ve gotten, as a bare minimum.

But most of the time if you rape a woman you will get away with it. I know one woman who was raped and she never reported it out of shame.
