Men that lead also get their lead doubted the same way as women do, the difference is that when the majority women are doubted they break their frame and start hamstering, while a man(when a leader) will tell whoever doubted to fuck off without breaking his frame.

Also lets remember that leading is an uncommon skill, even among men, not even 10% of the population will have what it takes to be a leader.IF saying that any man can be a leader with enough time is dumb, saying that any women can be a leader is even dumber.

Just take a look at the most famous female leaders around, Dilma Rousseff, Angela Merkel,Geun-hye Park, those are all authoritarian women in their 60s that never break their serious frame, they don't take shit from anyone and never smile in a public speech, not even 0.2% of women are like those.

Little anecdote about the high school newspaper I was a part of. We were a nationally and statewide recognized publication, and during my senior year, I was promoted to the paper's executive board (the leaders of the paper). For the first time in years, there was only one male on the executive board: me.

While feminists and bluepillers might call what I'm about to say sexist, this was just my experience. There was a ridiculous amount of cattiness and oneupmanship between, you guessed it, the female members of the executive board, and everyone knew it. I knew it, all the underclassmen on the paper knew it, our advisor knew it. Almost every girl on the executive board had a crying/screaming meltdown with another executive board member or all of us at some point. Seriously, our advisor basically had to hold group therapy sessions with our executive board to stop the infighting. While all fundamentally decent human beings most of the time, it was easy to tell when a female executive board member was insecure or upset, because that was when she would go on a power trip and start acting bossy and bitchy.

Now, guess who was the one person on the executive board who everyone I talked to said wasn't caught up in the drama? Not to grandstand, but I think you all have a good idea who.

Now, this is not to say that males can't be cutthroat and ruthless and competitive. On the contrary, competitiveness is our nature. But I think most men also know how to shut up and cooperate even with people they resent when the situation calls for it. I can't honestly say that there wouldn't have been any tension between members of the board had there been more testosterone present, but I'm confident there would not have been nearly as much drama.

The moral of the story isn't that women can't be leaders. The moral is that when women who are leaders/take charge act bossy and bitchy, people don't call them bossy and bitchy simply because they're women in power. They get called bossy and bitchy because the shoe fits.

Boys and girls do not form friendships in the same ways. Girls tend to focus on close 1-on-1 intimate friendships and boys tend to focus on a much larger group of less intimate friendships. This is evidenced through observation of children at play.

I have no doubt that this is a factor in developing leadership skills. You lead a single person in a very different way than you lead a group. Try to lead the group in the same way and you come off as overbearing, what a child would call bossy. Especially if you have not already cultivated the trust and respect of those individuals through friendship.

I grew up with a number of girls who were natural leaders. They were smart, strong, athletic, outgoing, attractive and had anyone they wanted under their thumb, myself included. These girls knew how to take charge, led class debates and discussions and was friends to almost everyone. I say almost because it wasn't the guys who hated them, every guy loved them, you all know who hated them the most.

These girls really do need proper leaders though and feminism is all that's really available to them (that I know of). Media pushes it so hard on them it really is hard to not feel bad. I suppose this is one of the biggest hurdles I will face with my daughter. She's a natural born leader but she's also super bossy. I need to teach her the distinction between the two.

Young girls can definitely be leaders.
I remember when I was younger (primary school years) that I recognised a definite distinction between a bossy girl and a 'leader'.
The bossy girls were called as such because they were generally smug cunts about it.

I think there's some truth to this. Men tend to want to lead and be in charge. Women will tend to follow. But when the reverse situation is presented, people get all weird about it.

I agree with OP. It is a fact that most pre-menapausal women are all over the place emotionally with a monthly cycle that is an adventure. It is also a fact that shifting goals makes for very poor leadership. There is a reason every major world religion recommends male leadership in the family. Most women don't want to lead anyway.

There is an exception for female leaders of the post-menapausal flavor who all share a "Rocklike" and steady nature: Merkel, Thatcher, Mier, Bhuto etc but these are extremely rare. The .2% figure I saw seems generous.
