I'm not able to seem to be able to find sold post-divorce life resources or "How Tos". Do y'all have any blogs or podcasts that talk about life after divorce for men?

My biggest preoccupation of late is to think about my future living situation. My wife and 3rd Grade daughter are in the house. It's TBD if the house will need to be sold as my in-laws are wealthy and could buy out my 1/2 but regardless I can't control my STBXW's choices. I'm living with my parents in the interim, or at least until a more clear picture of our split finances is available. But here's the thing: rent is A LOT. And I'm trying to pick my next place with my daughter's needs/preferences in mind. But a 2 bedroom apartment in any decent part of the city I live in is crazy expensive.

I've always had a silly life-goal of being able to live somewhere where I could walk to a pro sporting event. And I could do that now but is that selfish if that place is a 1 bedroom? What is that like when your 10 year old daughter comes over? I want her to feel comfortable and excited and she'd probably like the excitement of living in the city, but a 1 bedroom... I don't mind the couch, she can have the bed, just it'd be small.

Anyway, just wondering what y'all's experience was like?
