Look up conversation skills on YouTube and practice. You can’t just go in without a plan, some people can sure but if you are having trouble you need a plan.

When I go out on dates I have a list of a few topics to start out. I have a list of deeper questions I can ask. I have a list of stories I can delve into and ask them if they have any interesting, funny, scary stories they like to share.

Always try to focus on a word that they say to explore more topics or ask more questions about. I like to say “oh that reminds me of…..”

It's a skill like any other, you have to practice and prepare.

You cannot saying anything interesting if you do not have interesting thoughts. You cannot have interesting thoughts of you do not read.

Then write and write and write. Write and organize your thoughts. Practice talking to a camera. Then write theoretical conversations.

Most initial conversations are very simple, only a few possibilities. So it's always a bit awkward so don't think it's gotta be a knockout hit.

But I'm willing to bet you won't do any of this. Most men don't and just want an easy flow or answer.

As mentioned, its a skill you need to practice. Try reading or at least watching series to find something you want to talk about, also when talking to girl, ASK ASK ASK. Light compliments like: i like your outfit where did you get it? or asking how did she het to party/club etc will get you started.

Girls love to talk and after initial shyness you will find common topic for sure

You have something to say. All of us have something to say. Usually, you just don't talk about it because you feel like it's not gonna be good enough, I'm gonna seem lame if I tell it, if I make this joke some people might gonna like it so rather you just shut up. Ofc you can be boring and you might not have the most amazing and interesting lifestyle ever, you can work on that too but most of the time you just simply censor yourself, that's what I changed a few months ago. No consore, nothing at all, whatever that comes to my mind. if it's rude, idc, if I seem to be weird idc, I just trust myself, and what I'm gonna say it's good enough and if I was a bit over the top I can deal with that, so it's built up your confidence to at least. One other thing if you tell things about yourself or about something that you like its called adding value to the conversation so you have to realize that you're the value, you're a valuable person and whatever experience or interest you have is valuable, you have to know that but more importantly you have to belive that

Asking on Reddit is like trying to learn how to swim without jumping in the water.

Go into the real world and talk to people on the streets by asking them where is the ATM, talk to vendors, to daddies with babies on the streets... this is how you will start to be more social and you will feel when you can talk to girls.
