It could be. I'm brown, from India and living in France.

There, girls don't want to be seen in society with a partner that is from a minority.

The reason mostly are the lack of representation, stereotypes, and judgment from others making them insecure.

In every poll Indians living in Europe are the least preferred ethnicity.

It's even more obvious on dating apps because people for some reason allow themselves to be disrespectful and mean.

This is not the case, I am an Indian (brown boy) and was insecured as fuck as you think that you are at disadvantage but this is not the case, Most of the time, Interaction I had girls are unable to judge my ethnicity and ended up saying I am from different place and when I disclose I am from India they don’t even care bc I already got girl attracted to me. I pulled Latinas and white girls and never had this issue about being Indian. It is upto you how you think about yourself.

I don’t know where I read but I remember something along the lines of

“people perceive others as beautiful depending on how close they are to the average of faces they saw trough their life”

So if you’re a minority, you’re at disadvantage from the start.

This probably doesn’t apply to whites because pop culture is dominated by American entertainment industry.
