Drink just loosens you up a bit, I find there’s a sweet spot just a couple drinks in where you are completely coherent but relaxed and smooth, that for me is the best time to speak women. It can also help you bring game to your sober life, it did for me anyway, if you can pick up girls after a couple casuals then that person is alway within you, just gotta dig deep and enjoy yourself 👍🏽

It depends but sometimes it actually makes you less nervous and less overthinking so you take those actions more effortlessly but it's still better to get better at it while you're sober and then you might be even more successful if you figured things out

This has been talked about for many years. Lots of people wonder about this. The consensus from most coaches is you don’t want alcohol to be a crutch that you have to rely on. Some guys can only talk to women when they are drunk. You want to be able to do it in any situation. You Don’t want to rely on alcohol. Learn how to be attractive and take it with you everywhere you go.

Alcohol lowers anxiety, specifically social anxiety. Yes it does help a lot but only to a certain point.

It’s not true that everyone has to drink to have fun or seduce. Some people do it naturally, others not. Alcohol is just like a cheat code in life where you decrease anxiety but does not help the underlying issues and can sometimes cause psychological reliance (where he cannot talk to women unless tipsy)

I don’t have approach anxiety and can do same thing as I’m sober but the thing is when I’m semi drunk in party mode then I’m more motivated or have more energy to approach and be more fun. This the only reason I drink while I’m out. Because it’s not fun to be sober among people in a crowded bar or club. You have to came up to above or at least same energy as the people in the place.

I never drank before (and I don't really intend on it) but are you actually able to get to know someone while you're drunk? How do you have a serious conversation when you're drunk? I guess you can dance and all that but what happens after that? How do you talk with them, especially if they aren't drunk themselves?

My friends in college were amazed I was able to get my body count in the double digits without ever having a sip of alcohol in my life.

This is social conditioning at its worst.

“Why do you even go out in the first place if you don’t drink alcohol”

Because not everyone is as insecure as him.

He only drinks alcohol because he is afraid of what other people think of him, he is self-conscious and can’t relax as he feels the anxiety of being observed, with alcohol he loses that inhibition.

So in his view, he is like: “Without alcohol, I can’t have fun, so that means that without alcohol, other people can’t have fun neither, because what applies to me applies to everyone else”

This is a fallacy. There are a huge amount of people who can have fun, relax and be extroverted without the need of alcohol.

So yes alcohol plays a part in seduction bout only for those people who are insecure.
