The key is to not give off desperate energy. You need to be secure and feel content with yourself. When you get your life together and can be proud of your accomplishments career/personal/social/fitness etc... and you have passions and hobbies that you invest time and discipline towards, you will naturally exude confidence. I would also recommend cultivating friendships with women, relationships that are totally platonic. Spend time learning how to relate and connect to women on an emotional level. Then when you start dating, you will go through the trial and error of reading social cues, flirting, reading the room, when to escalate, how to make conversation flow, dealing with rejection etc... Just make sure you're coming from a grounded and sincere place of authenticity and everything else will fall into place.

I’m a guy who absolutely loves daygame so I’m going to have to come at this from an anectdotal standpoint.

To me there’s two ways you can focus on getting better with women. Going out failing over and over, getting courses until you’ve found the right system then implemented it. Then coast so basically go from a low level to a high intermediate level, put most of your time and focus on becoming great with women…. That’s me I can fuck about 5–10 women a year if I choose, with about 40 or so Lukewarm leads.

Or the other route… keep women on the back burner or at least to a minimum for about 4,5 or 6 years maybe fuck one or two a year, workout get a premium degree. Get a job that allows you to make enough money to have a great life or even pay you enough and give you enough time to start a business. workout 3x a week for a few years. That’s my younger uncle. Has a job the he works from home, really his phone. Make 120k per year supposed to work 40 hours really only works 20 but gets paid salary. Travels all over the place….. you name it. I have more game, I can vibe. But he’s well traveled has an interesting job has a condo in a major city. He basically has a higher baseline. If we were in a room I would get more numbers and initial interest because I can play off emotions…. He doesn’t have as much game But because he has a great job, he’s well traveled, just from a conversational standpoint. He would get more dates, they actually would want to see more.

Not saying those two are mutually exclusive you can try to do both, I think the best way to become better with woman is to become as close to the top 20% of men as possible.

Workout, consistently get a premium degree mainly STEM since you can now work from home and live your life while at work. Use the money from that to fix your looks maybe your teeth needs whitening maybe you can fix your wardrobe etc. then once all that’s in In order start cold approaching, find a few online coaches you can resonate with to get better with women.

Focus heavily on your baseline now, degree career business body looks travel…. Then focus on women later

OP my answer to you is to read The Alabaster Girl by Zan Perrion. It will tell you everything you need.

Preferably, read it to yourself in public around girls, in a coffee shop or something, and really make an effort to FEEL the words he wrote intensely as you’re reading them. Then just watch as girls start eyeing you down.

Because it’s a vibe. It’s nothing overt like money, jokes, etc.

Step One, learn to talk to people. Practice having small conversations, make yourself say hi to people at work, train your brain to say good morning, hello, how's your day. When a greeter says hi you say hi back. Then learn how to get into 2 minute conversations. Quick easy conversations about mundane things, and then most importantly practice ending the conversation, find out how to remove yourself from it respectfully and politely. This should become second nature to you. You want to be able to control and steer conversations when you want and to also float along in them when you dont care to. This requires active listening, but also you should learn to be aloof or relaxed.

Step Two, take woman off a pedestal and realize they are normal people. Realize not everyone will be attracted to you (and how that's ok). Then talk to woman.

This should make you better with woman. Its not a secret to getting laid, but should improve your relationships with them.

You need to get out there and start talking with women, and honestly anyone at all who you can. Being charismatic and good at socializing is a skill that you can learn and master, very few people are born excellent at it. You get good at socializing, you become interesting to talk to. You're interesting to talk to, then women want to talk to you. Women want to talk to you, then you're good with women.

For me the magic pill was communication with any woman. Like very old ladies. They like to talk, you just have to listen. They tell you things, female perspectives you would never know otherwise. But of course not only them, the key is that you do not have the intention to become romantic with that particular woman rather you talk to them so that you understand and practice and things will change automatically.

Well what worked for me for a whole lot was being a nice guy and being a funny guy woman will eventually start to like you making jokes she likes it increase’s your chances by a good amount and have somewhat good social skills

The fastest way is to learn from others. There's plenty of content out there on how to get good with women. There are books, there are videos, there are programs.

Take in a baseline of information and try it out IN THE REAL WORLD. Do not try to develop a perfect internal encyclopedia before practicing. The theories are meaningless if they cannot be put into practice.

Read books and watch videos on how to attract friends and get dates. Do what those books and videos recommend. Get out of your comfort zone. If your really good in a month or two you should be able to get a date. Most people are not gonna be famous and I hate needles. Being funny and witty can help with the ladies. Also if you know a ladies man hang out with the guy to learn what he does to attract women. Those would be my tips.
