Having a great desire for online validation of her body is a big red flag to me. But we don't know the post, know her, know her friend group, or what her other posts are like. Only you can decide if it works for you or not. If you wouldn't mind then there's nothing to do or talk about really. Any situation that makes you wonder like this is a shit test, and not responding at all is a popular and successful way to handle them.

It depends a bit. For example, I wouldn't mind dating an underwear model. Meaning, pictures of her in underwear are everywhere. It's a different thing do only post things like that for validation. Unless you're actually modeling, I am not a fan

Honestly, I think the gf would really appreciate support there. If he were to say “good on you babe for posting, you look great and I support the message” then it’d be much more advantageous cause she feels supported rather than “take that down” where she may feel controlled. Just my opinion

From the details you shared in another response it sounds like she isn’t really doing this to get attention…more for her own confidence. And it does sound like she is looking for some validation.

As a one time thing I don’t think it’s a big deal but if she does this a lot I would be worried that she needs too much validation from external sources
