What an asshole. Mothers hate him, women complain about him because he swears too much, he allegedly abuses his staff, he treats people with disrespect. And now (even though it's not exactly news) is spouting off sexist remarks like this one. I'm sure he's heard it all.

I've always found him entertaining because he cuts the bullshit out and gets down to the business of good food and how to make it at home. The more I began watching his stuff post red pill, the more impressed I became.

I'd recommend checking out the entire video that is referenced in this post, but what happens in the next 10 minutes of this video is pure gold. To set the scene, Ramsay is hosting 20-25 women for an opening of his new show and has himself plus 3 chefs, and 2 trainees working in the kitchen.

Firstly, Ramsay who is the obvious leader in the kitchen finds one of his trainees falling slightly behind even after encouragement. Instead of making a scene, he lends a personal hand himself. The trainee jokes about this and Ramsay doesn't allow himself to be walked over. I love this.

Soon after this, he walks around the tables and chats and sits with women. Does he wander around seeing if his food reaches the standards of these women? Fuck no. "Nice to see you with a bone in your mouth." The women love it. As you'd expect in a roomful of women there's LOTS of hamstering, in particular from one 'vegetarian' who is converted after his meal. Yea I believe that.

He picks out some actor at a nearby table (Obviously this is pre planned for the cameras, but I still love the interaction) grabs her hand and steals her away from her group to commence a huge flirting session.

Later, he speaks with another man as an equal and holds his controversial view when challenged.

Soon after he enters into the lions den with a bunch of post wall women (bar one) and fights the hamster straight on. This is a hilarious discussion that gets absolutely no where.

The guy demands respect in the kitchen because he knows his worth. He doesn't take shit from workplace related challenges and leads with firm and easy to follow language. He holds his frame when challenged and knows when to eject a useless conversation. Every day I learn more and am a better version of myself than I was yesterday.
