You can't build sexual chemistry right away when talking to a woman for the first time. That first 5 minutes the goal is to convey that you are not dangerous/insane and are easy/chill/fun to banter with about something. First of all start with you, Ask yourself these questions

What are my strongest qualities? What can I bring to the table?

If you don't know the answers to these, a girl definetly won't see them in you, self belief plays a huge part in talking to girls because they love guys who are self confident (at a balance)

Also, if you know these, it makes any potential rejection easier, because then you know if they don't like those qualities in you, it's down to their preference and not you.

Second, the only way you get good at talking to women is by actually talking to women. You can start with simply going to a shopping mall for let's say half an hour. Ask for directions and afterwsrds just aknowledge why you actually went there, and introduce yourself. That's actually playful, direct and low pressure. Went there with an excuse, made it man to woman, and had a casual conversation, so you don't come off as a creepy guy. Keep it simple.
