I think you're seeing her true colors. This woman DOES seem to think that she's entitled to your money.

Yes, if this behavior is consistent (and I think it will be), it's "next" material.

However, there is more sex to be had here if you play this right.

I would start laying the emotional and financial groundwork to be single again, but spin her a bit.

I'd go radio silent until she reaches out. If you've been in a 10 month LTR, she will reach out within 48 hours. (If I'm wrong, you're better off, anyway.)

When she does reach out, ignore this incident, game as usual, and set up a meet to bang.

If she insists on rehashing this, or denies sex, politely leave, claiming you need to work/study/wash your gerbil or whatever.

And wait until she reaches out again.

She is attempt to assert her frame and turn you into a committed provider. Don't accept the job.

She thinks she's entitled to the products of your labour. According to her, instead of buying a phone with your own money, you should have sent her to the spa with flowers - all on your dime. Does she work? Why doesn't she pay for her own spa?

This is typical power play 101. You said you didn't fall into her frame but for this scenario to happen you must've been in her frame for sometimes for her to even play this out.

You don't need to buy your girl flowers or chocolates or spend random money on her. It is not attractive and only boosts your provider status.

How many times did you buy her flowers?

I buy them sometimes when I'm getting food or whatever, and I am going to take her to a spa for her birthday as long as finances hold up.

But I'm not going to tell her I'm doing these things, they will be surprises, and if the time comes and it doesn't feel proper, I will not do these things...

If she's asking you for things, that is much different than you saying you will do things. The flower thing is really common with women, but it's silly to do if they are complaining about it, and fun to laugh at them for. "What I haven't paid you enough recently for you to display good behavior? Are you some kind of costly hooker that doesn't play nice without presents?"

If she got an attitude on me about the spa I would tell her I NEEDED the phone, if she WANTS to go to a spa, SHE should take US on HER DIME to see if she can convince ME that I should ever invest any time or money into something like that.

Sounds like a money pit. The fuck can she do at a spa that you two can't do for each other at home? Make it a self improvement thing and learn how to massage each other and do spa shit, fucking pay monkeys to jerk you off through an overpriced mud bath and a rub down. People here don't like LTRs unless its some magical woman that doesn't exist who is never human and is never in a bad mood. That is not reality and doesn't mean that LTRs are never worth it.

If you come here and post this type of story you will get the obvious responses, next her.

But you didn't provide the whole picture and you are with her for a reason. So if you aren't ready to blow up the bridge than you should follow through with what you said you were going to do which is "See her Tomorrow".

If the entitled behavior continues you can soft next her for a week, you should make it clear this is unacceptable to you and you do things for her out because you want to not because she demands or guilts you into it.

Need more backstory here. Sounds more like she thinks you don’t care about her. Maybe comfort game is off? If she wanted material things she wouldn’t give a shit about you getting flowers. I think she thinks you don’t care about her to put in some sort of effort anymore.
