Your very next interaction (unless she initiates) should be "Hey, I'm X by the way, just in case we keep bumping into each other like this" or something light along those lines. It sounds like you need to appear more confident to her, letting her know your name will help in this regard. So far you've cracked the ice, not so much broken it. There's no right time to do it but probably one of those times where she comes and uses a machine next to you and hasn't yet started her set.

You’re on the right track I think. And yes invite her for a smoothie or something, but don’t word it the way you did. Be casual, seeing as so far your “relationship” to each is just casual. I think if you’re confident but don’t show too much of how much you think of her too quickly.

Man you’re doing better than me, my 30/10 gym girl I can’t even get a chance to say hi to her or break the ice. We both have headphones in and I don’t even know how to go about it. I think she’s into me because she will always work out next to me, but all I’ve done is make creepy eye contact lol. I’m just being patient and maybe I’ll bump into her leaving the gym one day. It’s weird because outside of the gym I don’t really have a problem saying hi and chatting with a 10/10, but at gym with headphones and stuff i just start second guessing myself a lot. And with this girl I’ve built it up in my head so much that I’m almost over it sigh…. So props for breaking that ice!
