I’m not talking about the amount of attention from Women I get, but just my self-esteem in general. Like yeah I know I shouldn’t wait until I’m feeling great to approach but I’ve found that when I’m feeling confident and handsome I can talk to Women much easier and I don’t take rejection personally. Usually the interaction goes down well anyway. When I wake up feeling ugly I don’t approach because Women can smell low self esteem a mile away. I usually take the day off to “recover” (meditation etc).

Maybe it’s down to having a fapping addiction. I’ve noticed when I stop for a while I feel so much more confident within myself. When I get back into a fapping addiction my confidence and self esteem are down in the gutter. The enthusiasm and desire to approach has gone.
